Employee working front counter on 10/31/25 at around 6:50pm was too busy talking to friends and giving them free drinks than to provide actual service to customers.
Ended up leaving after waiting over 5 minutes for service.

Food is great here. But the people not at all. You come here and there is 7 cars in front of you not a single one moving, all while there are only 2 cars near the pay window. So please tell me why I’m waiting so long when it’s easy enough to take the orders and then deal with the business after that
They messed up basically my whole order. I was suppose to get a crunch wrap, and a vanilla shake and I didn’t get a crunch wrap and then got a mango shake.

The past few times that I’ve placed an online order and said I was on my way. I get there and I have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes just for my food! It should be ready if you say you’re on your way.
Waited in drive thru line for 40 minutes only for them to tell us that they only have chili left and no more product, even though the car before us was told they’d be the last customer. The red head running drive thru had a poor attitude.. Poor way to manage a business

Was just there at 830 and had a clueless worker. Stated my card didn't go through which is false because I get instant notifications when a decline or sale goes through. She didnt know how to use the reader apparently. So I appreciate the waste of time.
