Food is great here. But the people not at all. You come here and there is 7 cars in front of you not a single one moving, all while there are only 2 cars near the pay window. So please tell me why I’m waiting so long when it’s easy enough to take the orders and then deal with the business after that
I wanted to leave a review for this place to highlight that I had an issue however, it was handled appropriately and I don’t think enough businesses get credit for making things right. I had nearly a 40 minute wait for some Cinnabons and was able to obtain a refund due to placing a mobile order. Everyone there was kind and patient and attempted to rectify the situation. Ordered on line when I got there the online drive through was closed. Used the other line, the screen wouldn't show my order was told to drive to the window and then we could confirm everything on my order. Got to the window and she handed me the juice, told me to go park at online pickup, still didn't confirm my order.
