They workers are very polite and kind my family and I stopped in first time customers and we were treated kindly and the food was really good. Some are little pricey but very worth it. We would come back again. Also we ordered to take food home also.

We LOVE the food here. Service is usually pretty slow but the food more than makes up for it. It’s by far my favorite potato salad. Portions are large. We have yet to be disappointed.

We were a party of 7. We had to wait an hour for our food.. In the meantime 2 tables of 2 that came in after us.. were served before us. The waiter kept stalling after we asked for drink refills, napkins, BBQ sauce. After he dealt with other customers.. he'd then bring one of them items to the table.. When I asked why it took an hour to serve us... I was told that there was 2 huge groups in the bar that came in at the same time as us that got served first. And they were short staffed on both sides.. so they had to help the bar with staffing needs. Food was good when we finally got it. We had a lady with us who needed to eat.. if the food wouldn't have came when it did.. she could have had serious.. I'll really have to think about whether I go there again... Horrible service..

Food was ok but it took 30 min to get out food. We were the only people in the restaurant. We were told it was taking long because of the rush! Must do a lot of takeout?
The restaurant business definitely is NOT what it use to be. People are learning to cook at home more again and eat healthier. I have made changes. But I did deviate out of my box and tried Bones.
Immediate regret. Yes, it sounds good. But the food and service not so much. (I have always wondered why in the hell do they put SUGAR in bbq sause....never mind....for taste....but to me meat and sugar dont go together. And if no one hasnt notice somehow, going out to eat IS expensive today. Times have changed. Bones is probably trying its true: meat was dry and sides were liked from an open can.
