Service was extremely slow the owner was rude to the waitress she did a great job but they forgot our order completely. Then offered to make it...It we sat there for 40 minutes and didn't get any food and just left will never go back. Not to mention there were only two other people in the entire restaurant. And plenty of staff on hand.

Owner isn't very nice to his waitress...every mishap was blamed on her and he did it in front of more than one customer during the hour and a half it took us to get our dinner. He was in the kitchen with the cook so..... obviously he was part of the problem and wouldn't own up to anything....just put all the blame on the waitress...not cool!!!

My Mom and I met some of her friends here for lunch. OMG! We love this place! The owner was very friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was extremely tasty and affordable. It was also very clean and had a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend Grub a Dubs and will definitely be coming back! Five Stars!

Considering the place was uncrowded 3 families then us, and one already had their food, it took a half hour for them to just take our order. We let them know we were in a hurry and asked how long it would take to get 3 sandwiches. She said 20 minutes. At 40 minutes I asked how much longer and was told soon. My husband left to take our daughter to her soccer game, ao no lunch for her. 15 minutes later the food arrived. Totally unacceptable, we will never stop there again.
I've known the owner for years. He makes amazing food. I always over tip because its hard to find good workers and he's trying to do everything with very little staff. My hats off to him and the staff.

3 out of 5 stars. Food was decent. But the customer service wasn't the greatest, and my order kept getting messed up. For being the only people in there at the time the waitress didn't check up on us, didn't get drink refills and had to keep asking for stuff to go back to get fixed.
