No, its not better to order via kiosk. I ordered two coffees (no, not frappe/latte/machiatto anything. One black, one with cream and sugar) At least 4 orders that were placed after mine were filled before mine. Some sizeable food orders. They were placed at the counter with a human. The last time I went to another location, I HAD to order at the kiosk. Human wouldn't take my order. Followed that pattern today. Did it help? Nope.

Stopped to eat & use the bathroom. It was so crowded inside, people waiting to order, I used the facilities and drove on down the road.
I go there regularly and 6 out of 7 times something is missing or wrong they just can't get it right.Update over the last year it has gotten absolutely horrible it hq
