Well the chicken nuggets left a lot to be desired. They were over done. What a disappointment 😮💨. Was really looking forward to dipping them in honey. Yhe were really hard to chew.

No, its not better to order via kiosk.
I ordered two coffees (no, not frappe/latte/machiatto anything. One black, one with cream and sugar)
At least 4 orders that were placed after mine were filled before mine. Some sizeable food orders. They were placed at the counter with a human.
The last time I went to another location, I HAD to order at the kiosk. Human wouldn't take my order. Followed that pattern today. Did it help? Nope.

Service was nice, automated ordering was problematic, so they helped. I tried the new chicken McGriddle, it was ok. The chicken's pepperiness clashed with the sweetness of the McGriddle cakes. Chicken was its usual greatness but just not in that Bun. Chicken Bisket next try
