I'm typing this out to both get it off my chest and let you guys know what kind of filth you hire. Jeremy waited on us today. And honestly if my sugar hadn't been so low, I would have turned around and walked right back out. See, about 16 years ago, I worked in West Branch KFC/Taco bell and Jeremy, this same guy, was my manager. I sustained a head injury while at work one day, not only did he not send me home right away, he got an attitude a half hour or so later when I said my head really hurt. He finally sent me home after much complaining. I didn't really think much of the headache I had that night, but the next morning I woke up and it was the worst headache I'd ever had. I called into work and told Jeremy I couldn't come in and that I needed to go to the hospital. He told me right then I was welcome to go to the hospital, but it would cost me my job. I had two small children at home, and their dad was in between jobs, so I had no choice but to go in. After a few hours, something went horribly wrong. I was in back drive, taking a customer's order when suddenly I couldn't remember where any of the buttons were for what the customer's asked me for. Now this scared me, knowing my head hurt and knowing that I couldn't remember a job that I knew so well, I'd even begun training others to do it. When this happened, I went to Jeremy and again begged to go to the hospital. He refused to let me go home and made me finish dishes, again threatening to take away my only income for my little ones. After about two hours, my head was pounding bad and I threw up on myself. He finally let me go home. I clocked out and went to the ER. When I got to the hospital, I found out it had caused a concussion when I hit my head the day before. If I'd come in to the hospital that morning, or earlier in the day, I would have been fine. Minimal damage. But the brain swelling was so bad by the time I was allowed to leave, it gave me permanent brain damage. I lost most of my memories for the last 6 months before that and acquired both long term and short term memory issues which they told me was something like having selective amnesia. I still have whole years gone from my memories and I am still, after 16 years suffering from ill effects for what this man did to me. On top of that, because I didn't have any memory of how to do my job, I had to relearn how to do my job. About a month later, Jeremy let me go saying I was too slow because of my having to relearn my job. He refused to believe me about the head injury even though I had documentation from actual doctors. I was simply making it all up. It took years for the nightmares to subside over what he did to me. If you work there, don't hurt yourself on the job, this man has no compassion. If you're a customer, you should know who's serving you. What happened to me was deplorable and I'd hate for it to happen to someone else.

This location is SOOOO bad, customer service is nonexistent. One of the rudest fast food locations I've been too! They're always out of everything and very slow. My guess is that they will be shut down before too long.

Drive thru service no longer asks if you want sauce?! I almost drove away without it! Half of the tacos were wrapped in the wrong wrappers so the food fell out the back on my lap while driving. Again about half of the supreme tacos were missing their sour cream! Such a disappointment from such a fine dining establishment(no sarcasm there)! 🙄

Came there for a chicken Catina bowl no pico, had a little pico in it and literally 4 small pieces of chicken. Mine as well called it a vegetable bowl. The black beans were super dry could tell they were old. Attached a photo of the little bit of chicken there was & the dried black beans.

First time at Taco Bell and Ithaca, which just moved nearby wanted to order a box without a drink, kept asking how much the drink cost cashier kept saying I cannot take it out of the box price. I just asked for the price of the drink several times anyways as I’m sitting there waiting in line with others, I noticed that seven vehicles After me and went through the drive-through before I got my order also the manager said that the box that I was ordering they are out hard to believe at 11 AM and if so, it should’ve been posted bad Customer Service
