The night crew continuously gets orders wrong and the food quality is poor compared to the day crew. They sound rude when taking your order and when you get to the window they seem like they hate their jobs. It's sad that my three star affects the day crew because they clearly are there to do their jobs. Do better night crew. I've been in fast food. Make the orders how you would want them served to you.

I requested no lettuce, made it clear to the lady at the register that I am intolerant, then confirmed when I paid that I couldn't have lettuce. She confirmed she'd told the kitchen. Should have checked before I left, but instead we were miles down the road when I opened my order and both items had double lettuce. :-(

We have had to call multiple times for our orders being messed up or not made properly. Never any special requests they simply just skimp out or are lazy on putting items together. At this point we are willing to drive to Alma which is unfortunate being that we only live 10 minutes from Ithaca. For example tonight I placed an order online drove the 10 minutes and still had to wait another 5 for the food. Just to check the bag and there be missing items and have to go inside to correct. Drive 10 minutes home to open up a 6$ cantina chicken burrito and there is no chicken, just lettuce and tortillas. I’m not sure as to why this is such a recurring issue but definitely needs to be addressed!

The food is fine if you can ever get service. I have repeatedly spent far too long standing in the lobby without being greeted or helped. Multiple times I've wasted my lunch break waiting on this place to not even get a lunch. Don't waste your time.

We stopped while traveling for the holidays. The male manager for lunch was very find and funny! The cashier was also very kind, food came out fast and correct! Bathrooms needed attention as well as the dining room tables but overall nice visit!
