a biscuit and some forks were forgotten when we were first handed our bag, no big deal, we asked the cashier for them and she got it, but we noticed in that time we were also missing a drink. when we said this to the cashier she was very rude about it, rolled her eyes, and gave us a cup that had overflowed and dripped everywhere, then slammed the window shut.

I’ve lived in the area for 3 years now and the night crew literally never has it together. Always running out of black beans before 9:30pm and giving dry crusty potatoes. Tonight was extra special, the night “manager” ,is child-like with attitude and mannerisms. He was rude from the beginning and when we pulled up to pay he went to the kitchen for some time and ended up messing our order up. I came back roughly 10 minutes later for a refund and the manager didn’t have the courage to do the transaction, a young lady helped me instead. I recommend spending the extra time and gas to go to Alma or saint johns!

Fast friendly and service, I got a big box of soft shell tacos. For my taste they could have put a little bit more cheese on the tacos but they were good. I didn't have to cook.

The lady at the counter was very rude. I ordered my food and I had ordered a side of mashed potatoes with my Mac n cheese and a meal. My food came and there was no extra side of mashed potatoes and they refused to get me my side of mashed potatoes. Then she rudely told me I had to pay for it after I tried to correct her mistake when I ordered it the first time and it was clearly her fault. The night crew sucks.

The night crew continuously gets orders wrong and the food quality is poor compared to the day crew. They sound rude when taking your order and when you get to the window they seem like they hate their jobs. It's sad that my three star affects the day crew because they clearly are there to do their jobs. Do better night crew. I've been in fast food. Make the orders how you would want them served to you.
I requested no lettuce, made it clear to the lady at the register that I am intolerant, then confirmed when I paid that I couldn't have lettuce. She confirmed she'd told the kitchen. Should have checked before I left, but instead we were miles down the road when I opened my order and both items had double lettuce. :-(
