Almost everytime me or my husband get food from this Taco Bell, they either forget food or not make it correctly. We ask for sauce and they never put any in the bag. The OLDER Lady that stands at the window is ruder than hell. Now she’s on the line making food and screwing orders up. Taco Bell and McDonald’s in Ithaca are a fricking joke.

This Taco Bell/KFC Combo restaurant sucks. I hear commercials for meals to then find out that this restaurant doesn't participate. $5 boxes for Taco Bell-they only have 1 to choose from at a time. KFC Big Meal Combo for $20-they didn't participate in it.It is worth the drive to Alma to get a much better restaurant for either KFC or Taco Bell. Sometimes two restaurants in one is not better than 2 stand-alone restaurants.

I swung through this place to get some dinner after a late night on my way home. First we had to pull ahead and wait for our food. Why I'm still unsure as 3 chicken sandwiches were cold. My daughters chicken strips were old and hard and our fries were cold. My boyfriend ordered the big box. It came with a sandwich, fries, and their new Chicken nuggets. Pretty sure the popcorn chicken is bigger then these nuggets. He asked for bbq sauce for his, honey Mustard for my daughters, and 2 extra bbq sauce for me and my sons sandwich. Well first the bag they brought out was someone else's order from the tacobell side. So we ran that back in. Instead of making those people fresh they brought that bag to them which is a no no. They are to make fresh as they don't know what may have happen in my possession. Finally get our food and absolutely no sauce. I had to get back in. Yet again I should of had 3 bbq and 2 for the honey Mustard. Nope just 2 bbq and 2 honey Mustard. Simple task and orders and yet nothing done correctly. For over $40 I'd expect to have fresh food and the things I ask for.

Walked inside, people seen me waited waite iver 5 minutes to get order, the no plasticware with food no napkins, piss poor place and service, dont worrie i wont complain again cause inwont be back.

Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever written about a fast food restaurant before but here we go… Allison aka “princess” on her store badge.. she is so friendly! What a fun environment there for the workers and guests that come in. I could tell all the people that worked there during our dine in visit, enjoy their job. There was camaraderie amongst the staff that I don’t think I’ve ever seen in fast food before. The food was great as well. I couldn’t help but smile and look over from where we sat as I saw how the staff interacted with the customers and each other. Truly made my day! Super clean location which deserves recognition as well!
