The person taking your order was doing both lines so it was very slow. That's a manager issue, however when you got to the first window to pay, it was the order taker and she totally ignored me - literally turned her back to me. I sat there for over 5 minutes and finally yelled should I pay here or go ahead. She opened the window, never asked what I had, took my money and gave me change with a scowl on her face and not saying a word. THAT is a quality of hire issue.
I love Bacon, egg, cheese bagel sandwiches at McDonald's. I have no issues with the food. I don't like that there is frequently a 3-5 minute wait for someone to take your order at the front windows. I know there's a kiosk but not every one likes to use them. My BIG issue with the store in Brooklyn, MI store is the floor. It is SO very slick it's hard to walk. My husband almost fell when he was in there last. So many fast food stores are slippery but this store is exceptional bad. There has got to be a better way to mop floors
