I go here probably more than I should. But while going here ive notice the employees are always working so hard and and there's 2 managers ive seen working 1 guy and 1 girl and they are both always so helpful and nice to the employees and customers
I have had food that was not all the way right but you just tell them and they fix it. It happens we are all human but I continue to go here because everyone is so nice and really try hard. I cant say enough good things about this mcdonalds. Also everytime ive went inside the bathrooms and eating area has always been kept so clean.

My Big Mac meal came with one burger patty one slice of cheese and two pieces of bread and that's what we call a Big Mac at jonesville McDonald's and of course they don't answer their phones when you try to call them check your food before you leave drive-thru

1 week ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese, which is raw meat, went back to get my New Quarter pounder with cheese and the second Patty was raw again.Yes , they replaced it kim did , but it should never happened in the first place

Chicken nuggets were a little bit warm. Said they don't have any pies of any kind… but I'd be willing to bet $ that the truth was actually that even though they were very slow at the time (no customer's infront or behind me) they just wanted to be lazy and didn't feel like warming up any pre-made pies.

I was already having a terrible day when I stopped in to this McDonald's so when I couldn't get the app to work right I was more than frustrated then I asked asked a worker that was on her way out if she could help me she did a lot more than that her name was Tay she happened to be the manager which is clearly a position she deserves she helped me with the app no problem and very quickly with the help of another kind caring worker Jordan I received exactly what I ordered made perfectly served nice and hot then to top it all off the best and almost unbelievable thing Tay went over to a man that appeared to be homeless and asked him if he was hungry he looked at her with such gratitude it touched my soul the worries I walked in with I most certainly didn't walk out with Tis' the Season

I don't typically eat fast food but for breakfast I will make an exception. The food was fine, their ordering machine however crashed and we had to locate the order at the counter. Interesting attempt to reduce lines but the machine will need to work.
