My sister and brother in law celebrated their 50th anniversary at Olivia’s. The waitresses we had were great! Kept checking to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. Even before the guests arrived they asked if we wanted them to help decorating.Food was great we had approximately 20 people and I did not hear one complaint.Thank you for helping to make their day special. I would highly recommend them.

This was not our first time at Olivia's. We live in a neighboring town and come to Jonesville once in a while to eat at Olivia's. Typically, it is a great choice. I chose it yesterday for my birthday dinner. Sadly disappointed. I am going to chalk it up to it being a Tuesday, and we usually would go on the weekend due to it being out of town. Our server was kind, but not good at her job. She was no where to be found most of the time. When she did stop we asked for refills, but it was about 20 mins before she came back. Our salads arrived with our food. She apologized for that, but made it sound like it was the kitchen's fault. The salad was fine, but since we had hot food in front of us, I barely touched the salad. I ordered Walleye, based on a recommendation of my mom who had been recently. It was subpar. I struggled to get the fish off the skin, the flavor was bland and the presentation was disappointing with overcooked green beans. My family had ok meals, French Dip, Chicken Sandwich and Stuffed Pasta. Highlight of the dinner was the bread and a nice health pour of house wine for $6.

My favorite local restaurant. The best pasta I've probably ever had at a restaurant, and they bring fresh bread & butter as you eat. They also have flavored butters they bring with the bread (which is also free) and my favorite is either the bacon ranch butter or the maple syrup butter. So good! Not to mention, the drinks are delicious & strong. I'll be eating here as long as it's open ?Also, unlike most restaurants nowadays, their eating area is open and spacious, and you don't have to compete with the table next to you to hear your company talk.

We had our wedding at Olivia’s chop house a few days ago.We had the best meal at an affordable price. The banquet room was set up nice and the servers were very accommodating to guest requests. Good service by the staff.Even the owner was very nice, very responsive to inquiries and catered to my request regarding food choices,seating arrangements,etc. We had fine dining with superb services. Guests were even commenting how good the food was,specially the prime rib. Thank you Olivia’s chop house for the good food choices and very accommodating customer service.

My wife and I enjoyed the Valentine's Day special. We arrived at 1645 and were initially told there would be a 45-minute wait (which was fine - we expected them to be busy), but were seated in just 15 minutes. I enjoyed a draught IPA. We ordered the Valentine's Day special - a 24oz heart-shaped ribeye steak, four sides, and a terrific dessert. The steak was cooked medium rare as we requested. The salads were great, as were the mashed potatoes and green beans. A wonderful evening!

The service was very nice and good. The food was good but not outstanding. The green beans we had were probably the best part of the meal. The filet and salmon were good, but not exceptional. The atmosphere was lovely though. I was happy to still see Christmas decorations up although their absence wouldn't have given me pause. Overall a nice date night place for those in Hillsdale county.
