Spent almost $52 for 4 people to eat. Get my food after waiting 30 minutes for it from the time I ordered. Fries were cold and nasty. All the food is warmed in a microwave besides fried items. Nothing is fresh. Arbys might as close with the trash food and ridiculous prices at this point.
Although your food is good we had such a bad service tonight for one they got the order wrong I got a beef and chedder and got a regular roast beef sandwich. I had to go back in to the store to get the Apple juice I ordered for my daughter after trying to tell they guy at the drive threw window he forgot to give us the Apple juice my brother was mid sentence when the guy shut the window on him

Normally my food is good. But the mac n cheese bites were disappointing. At $1 a piece I expect better.

After half an hour never recieved my food while orders that where placed well after myself recieved theirs. Asked for a refund was told the manager would have to do that. The manager was not told I was waiting. So donated $15 dollars for an order to be forgotten.
Arbys your response link doesn't work. The vast majority of your your northern michigan locations that I have visited are lack luster at best with sub par service. Now I will admit good employees are hard to come by anymore. And I understand equipment breaks but forgetting atleast 2 separate orders and then not bothering to even attempt to get the managers attention for a refund... nah no excuse. Do better Arbys don't let the other chains you use to be the good one

Had the Reuben sandwich with extra sauerkraut. It was better than I have had at high priced restaurants.
Dietary restrictions: They will make it without things or extra things because they make each sandwich fresh as it's ordered.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Tables with areas for wheelchairs.
Chicken club wrap cold as heck , one piece of chicken on the one side , all the chicken was on the other piece, ice tea with light ice , I got no ice at all , ordered 8 pieces jalapeno poppers got 5 piece instead which were also cold I did receive the 8 piece poppers, I am calling corporate office
