I usually enjoy my local BC pizza but I recently got a gluten free veggie grinder, aka a sub sandwich. Well I got charged almost $19 for a pizza with lettuce and tomato’s on it. I’m extremely disappointed. Do better BC. You advertise you can do gluten free food at your location and it’s literally pizza crust as a sandwich .. it should either be removed from the menu or there needs to be actual gluten free subs.

It was okay pizza. I would order again mostly because I don't like Little Ceasar pizza. I would like to find another place when I'm in Kalkaska. Just not a lot of choices.

Well, I ordered from Kalkaska BC's using the online program. The program they use is not user friendly, and does not explain whats in all the selections. So, I had to go back and forth between the ordering program and google to see what was in the dishes. This caused the program to close a couple times, and made it difficult to order. I was finally able to place the order. I go to pick it up, and it's wrong. Explained it to the waitress, and told her what I had wanted. She went to the back. Came out and said they called the owner, and he said I could not get what I had originally wanted because it is a web order. Yes it got ordered wrong, but it was due to the program not working properly. I go to BC's in Grayling, and have ordered online many many times there, and have always gotten excellent service and food. I work in Kalkaska and decided to try this BC Pizza, but they are far too expensive to not fix my order. I will not be back, and I will be telling friends and coworkers about this issue. (It was only 1/3 of the whole order, the rest was fine.) Not very good customer service policies at the Kalkaska BC Pizza.
Amazing food as always. The pepperoni stuffed bread sticks covered in mozzarella is worth every penny. Had the chicken Bacon ranch pizza also which was ?. I live in Flint but stop at least twice a year just to get the bread sticks. Grew up in east Jordan so a b.c. was always around but now as an adult I make my gluttonous rounds to gorge myself when I'm in town.

We camp in the area once a year. We ALWAYS put BC in our menu plan. We look forward to it after a long day of travel and set up! The southwest steak and portobello mushroom pizza is delightful! We also make sure to grab spir-rolls!

Okay so I rated the food as a three but overall I gave the location a four and that's primarily because of the excellence service and the atmosphere provided by the people who are working there. We walked in just at the very end of there all. You can eat lunch special and they were very accommodating. They did a nice job. There were some pizza left which was enough for us. Just because they're only the three of us and there was enough pizza left. They weren't planning on making any but some other people came in. They made a couple more pizzas. Made it even better. So I'd have to say I will go back to this pizza location just because of what I had as an experience with the people that worked there. Overall the food was average in taste. I could have used a little bit more zing in the sauce for the pizza, but then again every place is different. If you get a chance, stop by. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Enjoy the rest of your week.
