Came in just before close tonight. I had a trailer that would not fit through the drive through. I tried to order on foot the staff Informed me that was a hazard and not possible. They allowed me to make a phone call to them.Order my food and brought it to me at the front door. This all happened minutes before the store closed. Appreciate top notch customer service im a long ways from home and there was nothing to eat anywhere nearby.

We went today, took a coupon there for a whopper meal and you get a whopper for free. We'll i only got one whopper and they want to give me attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING IN KALKASKA MICHIGAN. There customer service sucks.
This is a good example of how Burger King experience should be. Today I was absolutely floored by the fantastic service, speed and quality! The last burger King in Indianapolis I had attended, was terrible. The management here is great!

Just tried to go to this Burger King waited in line behind a couple cars got up to the order window sat there for four minutes five minutes no one talked drove up to the window sat there for a minute guy comes up and says did you have an order I said no I sat there for a while and no one talked. He said you must’ve been parked too far away. I said what can I order? He said no you have to go get back in line. There’s six more cars in line. Thanks for the service, Burger King. I’m sure you could’ve placed the order at the window.

place was very clean, girl taking my order was very nice, food came out nice and fresh and didn’t take much time. the food tasted great and flame broiled. the dining area was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
