Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible customer service. Answers the phone very rude as if being a customer is an inconvenience for her. Let alone order food? Her attitude is why I will not return.

Food was fine, but the customer service at the Kalkaska Little Caesars is awful. i understand that it’s a job and ultimately no one enjoys their job, but the people that work there just don’t have a care in the world about anything or anyone. from remarks, to just back handed customer service. they need a staff reset there 100%.

Place a $60 order with Little Caesars for a family get together and when I get back to my family I find a dried out half eaten pizza with a name written on the box. I called up there and asked if there was an employee with that name. Sure was. I asked to speak with the manager to inform her and ask why was a half eaten employee meal in the hot hot storage with my freshly made dinner. She responds we have a new person up front. That doesn't explain anything. Literally no answer to why old food was in with new food, so I hung up. At that point it was whatever. We eat dinner, I started to not feel well and 1 by 1 over the course of 12 hours over half my family was feeling sick. I called next afternoon to find same manager on duty. Spoke with her again to let her know that most my family had gotten sick and that our pizzas were VERY greasy. I informed her I was also the same person from the night before. She says well I haven't had any other complaints and I was going to offer you something last night but you wouldn't let me speak. I said no, I asked you a question and you couldnt answer my question other than a new person working up front so I hung up. The only reason we got pizza from here is because my family had said it was actually better than before. Well maybe it is some nights but not all. Horrible quality contol

Just went there and I was very happy with my experience. Michelle was awesome she went out of her way for me when she didnt have to.. that's rare these days thank you so much Michelle!!

Pizza was really really cooked too much and crazy bread was literally dough. There was no cheese on the crazy bread and I could play with it like Play-Doh. What is the standards?

Just another case of overworked staff in an area where we're not meant to have so many people but they handle it very well! Prices can't be beat, they're always friendly, hot n' ready options hit the spot! Pretzel crust is so good! If you do order something that's not hot n' ready, a custom pizza for example, it's still ready in a reasonable time for a great price. In an area that caters to tourists, selling overpriced pizza that's really not that great, Little Caesars always delivers (figuratively, no pun intended!) I always order enough to have leftover.

This place is awful. They withhold employee checks and treat their employees badly

Unfortunately I overheard an employee being denied their paycheck, despite Tuesday being the official payday. Customers should not be privy to internal affairs. I found this location to be unprofessional, and obviously engaged in unscrupulous activities if they’re refusing to pay their employees. They have lost a customer and I will pass the word along to others.

Kinda weird that you dont want to pay your employees on payday(Tuesday) and hold their checks till Thursday because you're annoyed thst your employees call to see if their checks are in? 3 calls aren't ANYTHING to a pizza place lol!

Also REALLY sketchy that you don't allow them to have direct deposit.

Pizza is near rubber, ordered delivery, and it took nearly an hour to get there when I live right by Northland Plaza. They kept pushing back the order time. The way they put in the stuffed crust makes the slices fall apart. They forgot the garlic sauce, and the seasonings were very sparse. You'd think after so long of bad reviews, complaints, and employees quitting, they'd pay attention to whatever anyone has to say.
