After 4 years of working in one, I’m pretty sure I remember what an Italian Cheese Bread looks like. Burnt, dried, and cold from sitting too long on landing is just unacceptable. Late doesn’t make choking down the crusty debris we were served any easier. Grayling…great. Gaylord…great. TC…both good. Never coming back to this one again.Customer service tip: you don’t cut pies with your mouth. Try saying, “Hello,” to the people paying your salary.

Pulled up on the side of the building to grab food because I drive a carrier van. So I came back out and started to put a address in the gps and a worker walked out and said “ move your van it’s blocking our drive-thru” didn’t ask and wasn’t polite. When I called to talk to the manager about her attitude toward people I was met with resistance and confirmation that she did the right thing. She acted like I knew how their specific store worked like I lived there. And when I addressed her attitude she blew it out nonchalantly saying “yeah I’ll talk with her” I know she won’t say anything but hopefully this doesn’t call on deaf ears. I won’t be back to this location.

Would give zero stars but can't. I had to take a pizza back because they only put toppings on half and took it back and when I got the new pizza home and same issue. Called the manager and he said there was nothing wrong with that pizza because he made it himself. And the bread sticks were raw. Will never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very rude customer service!! Don't go out of your way to order food from this place. The workers clearly hate their jobs!! I didn't even get a name. Attitude right when I walked in. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years. You would think you were asking for a favor just to put in an order. No help with trying to specialize a pizza. Total waste of my trip and energy to even speak with an employee in this area. I recommed going to Traverse City for better food and service!!
I placed a pick up order for the lunch combo I always get in grayling and it was quoted for more than $2 more than it is in just the next small town over. Then when I got there they didn't even have me in the system as even ordered anything. so I left and went next door to subway which was fantastic.

No bathrooms or tables to sit at this location, they are short staffed, I understand. My pizza, even though i ordered it hrs before, was 15 minutes late. Braden at the register was giving me updates, and was apologetic. I truly appreciate communication, so Thanks Braden! The pizza itself was tasty.

This place has really went downhill. This is not the Little Ceasers I grew up with in Kalkaska! So sad. The customer service is horrible, they never answer the phones, and to top it off, I can't remember the last time i had a good experience. The last time I went there was the final straw. I had a car full of kids ordered ahead of time and requested pick up at the window. The employees all made eye contact with me while I sat there for over 15 minutes. I ended up having to unload all of the kids and go inside, then decide to how carry everything out to the car while trying to keep the little kids safe in the crazy parking lot.I absolutely can't stand going here anymore, which is sad because it use to be my go-to pizza place for a quick and easy dinner. Now we always go to B.C. Pizza!

Pulled up to drive through window. Sat for 5 minutes. When the girl finally came to the window after walking past several times I asked for a hot and ready pizza. She said they don't sell them at the window and I need to come in. I buy them at the window all the time in Oxford Mi. I just left. She was kinda rude and I didn't feel like dealing with her.
