This place absolute garbage ordered a craving big box and it straight up cold. Go in and ask them to remake they said they would but apparently they changed the recipe and its supposed to be cold. Just had the same thing down state and surprise surprise it's was hot and fresh like any other taco but this place changes there recipe to I guess no standards. Just close down or get new staff. Sorry excuse for low expectations fast food restaurant.

We got a Mexican pizza n it had mold on the tomatoes
The food was fine, but I ordered a chicken chalupa. The receipt said a chicken chalupa, but I got a beef chalupa. Those are too greasy for me. Total bummer but everyone was nice. The guy next door is annoying with that sand blower. He made ordering a pain in the butt. The workers said sometimes he uses that thing 2x a day. Very rude of him. No Chalupa for him!
Service was poor and no napkins were added to our bag at the take out window, not were we asked about sauces. The food was hot, but not very tasty or satisfying.
Vegetarian options: They will exchange meat for beans in some items. Not a good eatery for vegans.

Was at the front of the line for a solid 10-15 minutes before anyone actually spoke to me. Had 4 different employees make eye contact with zero acknowledgement. Lobby is empty and drive thru was slow moving. I wasn't the only one who was waiting. Another 5 mins went by before I was eventually helped. Food is always amazing but the service is absolute trash. Nobody looks like they want to be there

We came in about 15 minutes before 10 pm, (online says that lobby closes at 11) and they told us this info after we had already ordered. Now we have been here for over an hour, already ordered our food AND PAID, and they are refusing to answer us verbally when we politely asked about our food or give us our food. We are still waiting as I write this, and it's absolutely ridiculous when this is supposed to be fast food. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND

Taco Bell is really good! There's this nice lady who started working there named Kirsty she's really nice and makes great food I love how she talks to the costumers really nice but when she accidentally makes something wrong she doesn't argue or anything she remakes it but she's very fast at it too such a wonderful woman
