This place sucks period, looks like a homeless shelter. They don’t have any cakes, ice cream is old and service sucks. They might as well just close this place down. I don’t know what happened to good places anymore.

Can someone explain how an ice cream store has been fully out of stock of ALL ice cream " due to a freezer malfunction" for OVER 2 MONTHS!!!!!!! NO point in going here cuz they either don't want to work or they don't care about not having products, because how are you an ice cream store with no ice cream for over two months. Donuts typically taste old, stale and hard ish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wasted all of mine for you. Just go to DQ across the street. At least they have Icecream

Don't go through the drive-thru here. They will lie about being out of ice cream. Got told that they were out of chocolate when I pulled up, so I went inside and they magically had some. This place is randomly closed at times they say they are open on Google. If you want ice cream, just go across the street to Dairy Queen.

If I could give a negative 5 rating I absolutely would! This is coming from a person who never gives ratings. DO NOT give this BASKIN ROBBINS your business!!!!!! I asked for a simple 2 scoop sundae with caramel topping, no whip cream. I had to repeat myself 6X! Got my sundae NO DAMN caramel, the staff is unprofessional and has extremely poor communication skills. I walked in after going through the drive through and simply asked for a refund they refused. It took everything to NOT END UP IN JAIL. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!! TRASH BUSINESS!!!

I had the German chocolate ice cream made into a milkshake and it was fantastic!! The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly. The ice creams have kosher certification (see picture). The inside of the store which also includes Dunkin has a nice seating area and there is free WiFi.

Nothing beats an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins, they’re my favorite. Place was nice, big, bright. Service was meh. The cashier was nice enough but not super helpful or knowledgeable at helping with writing on the cake, pricing or instructions for serving. Not sure if she actually worked there or at the neighboring Dunkin Donuts, that is in the same space.

My husband and I went to get milkshakes tonight and we are extremely disappointed. It was $7 for a small, which I wouldn’t mind paying for an actual milkshake…except what we got was basically a cup of milk. The consistency was nowhere even close to what you would expect for milkshakes. When I asked if “it was supposed to be this liquid” the manager just looked at me and I was shown on a blender how much milk was put in…no actual answer, no offer to fix it or make the 2nd one differently. We paid $14 for shakes we didn’t drink.

Ordered a Polar Pizza a week in advance for my son's birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, they had gotten the order, but no one had bothered to make it. They didn't even have the flavor of ice cream available that was offered online. No one bothered to call & let me know.

I've given this place NUMEROUS tries and I regret it EVERY time. Half the time I go there they have the door locked despite being opened. No signs on the door so you have to get out to find out they don't feel like opening inside. They did this PRE COVID as well. Half the staff is snotty. I went in for ice cream today with the intention of getting 3 scoops. They didn't have a cup big enough. Then only half the ice cream have labels on them. Then when I figured out what they had most of the flavors were literally melted. The employee said "well the freezer is open all day". I ended up with ONE scoop for $3.85. There is a reason the Dairy Queen across the street has a line down the block and I was the only car in Baskin Robbins parking lot at 8:45 on a Friday......No more.........
