I had the German chocolate ice cream made into a milkshake and it was fantastic!! The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly. The ice creams have kosher certification (see picture). The inside of the store which also includes Dunkin has a nice seating area and there is free WiFi.

Nothing beats an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins, they’re my favorite. Place was nice, big, bright. Service was meh. The cashier was nice enough but not super helpful or knowledgeable at helping with writing on the cake, pricing or instructions for serving. Not sure if she actually worked there or at the neighboring Dunkin Donuts, that is in the same space.

My husband and I went to get milkshakes tonight and we are extremely disappointed. It was $7 for a small, which I wouldn’t mind paying for an actual milkshake…except what we got was basically a cup of milk. The consistency was nowhere even close to what you would expect for milkshakes. When I asked if “it was supposed to be this liquid” the manager just looked at me and I was shown on a blender how much milk was put in…no actual answer, no offer to fix it or make the 2nd one differently. We paid $14 for shakes we didn’t drink.

Ordered a Polar Pizza a week in advance for my son's birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, they had gotten the order, but no one had bothered to make it. They didn't even have the flavor of ice cream available that was offered online. No one bothered to call & let me know.

I've given this place NUMEROUS tries and I regret it EVERY time. Half the time I go there they have the door locked despite being opened. No signs on the door so you have to get out to find out they don't feel like opening inside. They did this PRE COVID as well. Half the staff is snotty. I went in for ice cream today with the intention of getting 3 scoops. They didn't have a cup big enough. Then only half the ice cream have labels on them. Then when I figured out what they had most of the flavors were literally melted. The employee said "well the freezer is open all day". I ended up with ONE scoop for $3.85. There is a reason the Dairy Queen across the street has a line down the block and I was the only car in Baskin Robbins parking lot at 8:45 on a Friday......No more.........

I was just in there tonight, got a three scoop sundae, the kid had no clue what he was doing, uses a 2 scoop cup for 3 scoops, I told him that wasnt right, you need the bigger one, he says they look the same, but he switched it cause I said itll never fit, then he says he uses the wrong scooper for one of the flavors, cant tell the ice cream apart, then he forgets the toppings , comes back with out the the fudge, and then fudge all over the bowl, no lid, and I paid and leave amd even told the manager whom I am assuming it was, and she apologized. Well I get home and it was just the most God awful sundae I ever had, took a few bites and threw it out! Never will I ever go in there again.

Rude workers! Not knowledgeable of what Ice cream they are looking at. They also allow black people in the establishment to sit down and order but if you’re white you have to go through the drive through. Never coming again!

so I went to get some Ice cream and when i walked in there was already something wrong,half the ice cream labels weren't even on and the worker didn't know the ice cream flavors... and so I wanted cookie dough ice cream and the worker gave it to me and when I was eating it, it had no cookie dough it was butterfinger stuff so I realized this was not cookie dough ice cream so then i told them and they gave me a small real cookie dough ice cream for free but when I was eating it,it was very freezer burnt ...so don't come her.(poor management)

This location is one of the worst. If you get the chance to order (because they like to close before posted time on google) they mess it up nearly every time. Why I still give this place a chance is beyond me. And I never complain about it but the ONE time I did, the guy working told me he couldn’t replace my shake because it comes out of his pocket and he would have to pay for it? So I left there with no the wrong shake because they apparently can’t fix their mistakes. Done coming to this location.

The employee who was working on 10/19/21around 8:30pm was very rude with me, at first she gave wrong order and then didn’t have courtesy to even apologise Instead of that she asked me “do you want it or no” and shut the window with anger. I am so disappointed with this service, I would never come to this store again. ( I have specified the date and time so that the manager can check and work on it).
