I usually drink black coffee, and the coffee was very fresh. The bagel was toasted just right, and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was a bit less appealing compared to other places, but I still enjoyed the coffee and the bagel.

First time here I mobile ordered a bagel with cream cheese, hashbrowns, and a large refresher. I got a medium refresher and barely any cream cheese and the bagel was not toasted/warm like it was supposed to me. Second time I went no issues without mobile order. Third time second mobile order I got a large refresher which I got this time with a blueberry muffin… the muffin still had uncooked batter In it. I’m pregnant and that’s not really safe as there’s usually egg in said batter. I work next door so this one is convenient for me but I think I won’t be visiting again. Third time definitely wasn’t not the charm.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I ordered two donuts and both got breakfast sandwiches. Our donuts were thrown on top each other so now the chocolate on top was all over the bag and donuts. Ok annoying but not a huge deal. I take a bite of my sandwich and I get something g in my mouth that I can’t chew so I spit my bite out and check my sandwich and the paper that separates the cheese slices is in my sandwich So we turn around and go back. My goal this point is just yo be refunded and make them aware of the issue. So a woman greets us, same woman who waited on us.. we hand her the sandwich and tell her there is paper in there, she immediately becomes aggressive and defensive. I felt like I was in the twilight zone when she said “ I don’t need your attitude “ “ you aren’t gonna talk to me like that” just two examples of what she was snappping at me. So we ask for her manager, she tells us she “don’t got one” WHAT??? So after a couple minutes of refusing to get her manager she finally goes and gets someone. Now a man comes to the window.. same attitude. We tell him the issue and he says I’m not giving you your money back when you already received your food. So we explain that we handed her the sandwich and she threw it away. Reluctantly he figures out the refund. We then Asked him who the owner is / who his boss is and he tells us TO GOOGLE IT!!! He refused to tell us!!! We asked him his name and he said Aaron… ok Aaron .. last name?? He said “that’s all you need to know Aaron” I also work customer service and I am appalled at the way we were talked to and treated. I will literally NEVER go to a Dunkin’ Donuts again.

Isabella has a very bad attitude! I ordered one drink and she was upset because they made the mistake! I said the FULL name of the drink and it was VERY CLEAR when I ordered it.

You guys literally suck, which is sad, it has to be had management? Ive lived in the area 5 years and am a daily dunkin girl and avoid this location for how slow and WRONG the food and drinks always are, if you even have what im trying to order. Doesn't matter what day, or time it is. I waste my money and time going there and so I drive out of my way to the one on Maple. It should be embarrassing for all of you really!!!!

I came through yesterday and got a bagel with cream cheese it was so over toasted I couldn't eat it at my client home and today I come through to get 3 donuts for my clients and they are stacked and stuck together and shoved into bag with the chocolate icing melting all over the bag. When I asked why they was like this, I was told because of the heat. Which makes no sense. Who puts hot donuts with chocolate icing on top of one any in a small bag?

Was not bad I still have difficulty choosing coffee correctly not drinking it for as long and all these flavors so many. I was bumed when I ordered a double chocolate and they did not glaze it first. I don't know if they do that anymore that might just be a store preference but all in all solid.

Got Dunkin delivered and whoever packaged it decided not to put the donut in it’s own bag and instead decided to just set the donut on top of the coffee. Sure it’s altogether in a different bag but cmon.
