Came by for an ice cream at 8:35pm. Store was closed, although the business hours show they close at 9pm. Knocked on the door, two employees pretended they didn’t see me. Would not go there ever.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Tried twice. There won't be a 3rd. The guy at the drive-thru is just rude. A medium hashbrown had 6 pieces that were burnt, but somehow refrigerator cold and mushed together. Iced coffee with cream and sugar was thick and syrupy and tasted like chemicals. So gross. All of it.

DON’T USE THE APP HERE!!

They don’t update their inventory. If you show up and they don’t have your item, they refuse to refund your money. They tell you to cancel on the app. The app doesn’t have a cancel function, and they just say “sorry, you have to use the app.”

The app has a “virtual assistant”. It won’t refund your money. But you can send a message and you get a message back saying they will get back to you within 2 days.

Absolute fraud.
