Every morning when I stop in the same girl has been at the window. I order food and have to ask for napkins every time. Today she rolled her eyes at me when I asked. I should not have to even ask if I'm ordering food.

This place has benefited a lot from the new management. It used to be a run down dump but now has a better atmosphere and service.Kid-friendliness: Ordered 2 scoops and got 2 giant scoops!

This is the 3rd morning I've stopped in to this location. The guys at the drive thru were a mess yesterday so I decided to go inside today, hoping for better service. Instead, the slowest, most unmotivated employee took my small order and made me wait for 10 minutes for 3 donuts. I had to ask her for my donuts or it would've taken another 10 minutes. The staff here needs to get it together! Rude attitudes of staff as well, all around.

I am a Dunkin coffee fan from way back, especially 3 shots of espresso in every medium Latte. Their Carmel far surpasses Starbucks. This location is clean w a nice sitting area. Staff always kind.

I've been coming to this location for about 2 weeks now and I'm very disappointed the first times I went things were smooth with the short young lady at the front but now it's terrible,teach these people how to make a coffe today I went in and ordered 1 frap and 1 frap with expresso tell me why the couldn't tell the difference they were runny and didn't taste good at all more than half of the cup was filled with ice and when I asked them what cup had espresso they look and me like I had to heads I will kot be coming to this location anymore plus there so worried about their drive way customers the people in the building have to wait ATLEAST 10 minutes if I wasn't already late I would have got my money back and got a new fresh GOOD coffee.

Definitely won't be back after today, ordered 2 lattes through the mobile order, got to the window and they say oh our latte machine is down but we can give you regular iced coffees... After already sitting in the drivethrough for 10 minutes I just agreed but after I got home I realized that's a pretty big price difference so won't be doing business with such establishments that are okay with ripping off their customers. Coffee is always hit or miss as it is anyway

Came through the drive through about 6pm on a Sunday, ordered two drinks and was told to pull up, sat there for about 10 minutes or more.No business inside besides maybe one guy getting ice cream. Three workers in there just completely ignoring us, one was even eating, can see one of our iced drinks just sitting there melting the entire time on a counter.One guy finally comes up, looks at us like why are you here?, when he talks to us he sounds like the guy who took our order. Had no idea what the order was, I point out the one on the counter, just completely rude and acting like he has no idea what's going on. Ended up leaving because I didn't want a completely melted drink.

Could not rate food. There were four people behind the counter, no customers except a small group who already had their orders, and I stood at counter and was ignored while they continued chatting. I felt invisible. Turned around and left and nobody asked if they could help me. Weird. But nice clean place for a rest stop from west side to east side. Too bad.

I order cappuccino blast and when they were handed to me I had no Carmel suryup or chocolate suryup on them. When I asked why the lady gave me a dirty look and said that they only put them on the lattes. Everytime I order a cappuccino blast from different locations I've always had suryup on them. Been ordering it for years. Yes they did put the suryup on there but it was after I asked. I feel like someone of the workers at this location need to check their attitude.

Literal interaction that just happened at this Dunkin:Me: “Hey do you still have the free medium coffee on Mondays as long as I buy something else?”Cashier: “yes we do!”Me: *orders medium coffee and an order of hashbrowns*Cashier: “that will be $4.64”Me: “do you still have the free medium coffee on Monday as long as I purchase something else?”Cashier: “yes!”Me: *card gets charged $4.64*Me: “hey how do I get that free coffee on Mondays?”Cashier: “oh I’m not sure some times it just happens!”I’m sorry, but besides from my food getting burned constantly and forgotten ingredients all the time, this is insane. Stop advertising deals when you’re not going to give them to people. Please and thank you. This is the fifth Monday in a row this has happened.

It was fine. The cold brew with sweet foam is true to its name- very sweet. The spot is shiny and new, would be a great place to hang out and have a coffee, but it was totally empty when I was there. Plenty of parking.
