Best Chinese food in metro-Detroit, hands down! Nothing frozen, all fresh..they hand bread the chicken and it is fried to absolute golden brown perfection! The general Tao’s sauce is the best I’ve ever had. Egg rolls are light and crisp. Happy you is amazing consistent, I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. They are also extremely friendly, portions are big and the prices are very reasonable! A+++

After moving out of Keego Harbor, we tried finding a new Chinese restaurant that was closer to home. After trying at least 4 different places, we find ourselves always wanting to make the drive all the way back to have Happy You. Egg fried rice and the Orange Chicken are our favorites.

We had a power outage in the area, and this was the only Chinese open in Waterford. We came 30 minutes before closing, and the owners were very nice and went above and beyond for us. Being vegan, they made accommodations for me.

I ordered the veggie lo mein, and the portion size was huge. The flavor was pleasant but could have used a little more garlic and spices. There were no dinner combination options that came with fried rice and egg roll or soup. I ate...
