The food and service were both good. We had 3 adults and 2 children but a tip was added to the bill. It was around 15 percent and I added a few dollars to make it 20 percent, so I am not kicking about the amount. I am glad I took the time to notice though. I am sure some people don't, and double tip.

Being charged $11.40 gratuity for a pan of mashed potatoes and corn bread is a little rediculous to me.
Corn bread a little over cooked and the mashed potatoes are as good as mashed potatoes can be.

Ordered the bird chips online at 6:25pm and didn’t take them home until almost an hour later. Order came out right from the kitchen, came home, food is cold. We live nearby, how and why would the food be cold when it just came out of the kitchen? Why did we wait almost an hour for this one item that shouldn’t take that long to prepare? (And it did not look very busy.) This is not the first time we’ve received shitty service from this place and decided to give them multiple chances and they have continued to disappoint. The food is good, but you never know what type of service you’re going to get. Don’t even get me started on dining inside the restaurant. Order with caution.

The food is beyond delicious. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had we arrived. The place was empty. This fellow was so disinterested. He forgot to give us silverware. He forgot to ask us what we wanted to drink he had to be asked doesn’t this meal come with cornbread I asked for some honey and butter. I didn’t get any honey at some point we gave up he truly did not wanna do anything for us at all. I didn’t realize until we left. There was dessert available. It was my 77th birthday. I think this fellow doesn’t wanna be a waiter. Luckily, he did turn the music down which helped a great deal. I hope he’s OK. Maybe he was sick.

Parking: An easy parking lot lots of space at least on a weekday just prepared to try and stay patient and ask for what you need over and over to disinterested waiter

I got the Nashville hot chicken with onion rings, Mac, and cornbread with a cocktail. My wife and I shared the loaded parm tots and sweet potato fries as well.

I was warned that it's really spicy, but I wasn't warned on how good it was going to be.

Finished 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken, and it was cooked perfectly.

The onion rings are the best I've had & the Mac was really good as well. The corn bread was moist and went with the food perfectly.

Loaded parm tots are worth coming here alone.

And the sweet potato fries with the honey mustard are the bees knees.

Definitely coming back to try the Hotty C.

This was my husband and I’s first time dinning here and we will definitely be back! Everything from the food to the drinks was very good. My husband had the Nashville Chicken and he said it was the best he’s ever had. I’m not a huge fan of cornbread but their recipe was amazing!

I could.go on for days about what is wrong with this place. A few highlights: mac n cheese was dry with no flavor or seasoning, no spicy BBQ sauce, cornbread was 8/10. Prices did not reflect the taste including the Bloofy Marie I ordered. That is just the food not the crappy service and ATM.

The pulled pork was very good and had a nice texture. The brisket was WAY too salty. The andouille wasn't great quality sausage. The slaw was spot on. The red beans in the baked beans had not been cooked long enough and were "crunchy" not in a good way. The cornbread was more like corncake not in a good way as it had too much flour and sugar but not much cornmeal in it. Service was good. I might give the restaurant another try because there isn't much competition around but it doesn't compare to the better BBQ joints I've patroned.

I looked at a menu on Google, which was not updated and they did not have any of the items on the menu. Spoke to the owner, she was very rude and the food was mediocre at best. Would not go back.

Food was good for the price.

If there is one recommendation to the restaurant, if your going to make people wait when there are open tables and a full open bar (when me and my wife showed up at least) don't make waiting customers stand or sit on the ground outside for 30 minutes with no seating. Hostess said we can't sit at the open tables because the kitchen can't keep up if more people are seated, I asked about the sitting at the bar just to sit, she said we can't because we would want drinks and then appetizers and so on, I said we don't we just don't want to sit on the ground. Side note, there was no list they put your name on either, she said she had really good memory....right

End of the day we sat outside on the curb by the door, when we walked back in she was surprised we were still here, where else would we wait? the entry way is to small to stand in especially as people were walking in we'd be in everyone's way, just straight ridiculous.

The even more annoying part now is how many people were then sitting at the bar which is where she allowed us to "now sit" at. She didn't think to walk outside the door and tell us with here good memory after I said we'd wait outside... literally by the entry door.

Long story short, food was decent, setup was nice but you need to figure the waiting situation better. take my number, give me a pager and if anything put my name on a list and step outside and call my name.

I probably won't ever return with this experience.

Waitstaff were indifferent. Had to wait a very long time to get our order taken, and it wasn't particularly busy. Food was not served hot. Everything was at room temperature. Chicken was very good. Sides of Mac and cheese and BBQ beans also good. Cornbread was dried
out and would've benefitted from side of butter - not offered. Ribs were pricy, small, and unremarkable. It's a BBQ joint and you don't offer people any wet wipes after the meal? I'd consider takeout, but not dine in.

Fun atmosphere. They just have coloring books available for kids which is great. Burnt Ends so good they brought a tear to my eye. Everything else spot on. Probably my new favorite place
