Many years ago on a summer day my wife (gone now, couldn’t stand the drama) I decided to take a motorcycle cycle ride from Caseville to Kinde for some Italian food. It had been a hard days play on the water in the water. I was 67, I felt like I was 40 but my brain thought differently. I passed out in the restaurant, EMS was there in less than 5 min. When you have grey hair that gets a free ride in red box(ambulance ). Spent the night in the local hospital. All is ok. I over cooked the activity. I had left my motorcycle at the restaurant and they took it inside a storage building and I came and got it a week later. All they knew about me was my name and credit card info. That was a super thing to help with and it speaks to the over all attention the owners give to the customer. I just got back to the area after a few years . I’ll be back to keep giving back. The food is great and prices are reasonable and the people are 5 star.

Had the best experience at the Pasta House for dinner! Several GF and Vegan options that were SO tasty!! The GF ravioli was FABULOUS!! Generous portion, enough for lunch the next day!! Service was great!! Love this place!

When I had guests or business associates from out of town, this was my first choice destination in Huron County, and remains my first choice to this day. Clean, comfortable, and always feel welcomed, with a certain charm to top it off.
Great menu choices, dishes, and pizza, with a variety that has something for everyone.

We were in Caseville last weekend and decided to drive out to Kinde Pasta House for dinner around 7:30 PM on Sunday 5/25/2025. We had a party of six, and two of us ordered the chicken parmesan. Unfortunately, both of those individuals became violently ill not long after the meal—and one of them is still recovering nearly a week later.
This has been a terrible experience and raises serious concerns about food safety. I sincerely hope the restaurant investigates this and takes steps to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My sister and I enjoyed some delicious specialty dinner plates here; The Seafood Sacchettini and the Chicken Marsala were from the heavens above! The hostesses were extremely warm and kind to us and made sure we had everything we desired at all times. What a great eating experience in lovely Kinde, Michigan on Main Street! We also enjoyed really tasty Dough Balls as Italian Teasers! We both had French Onion Soup which was out of this world! We also ordered a pizza to bring home with cheese and pepperoni and it was outstanding!
Really good food with a great portion/price ratio. We went at 5:30 on Friday and it was packed. Had a small wait, as they cleared tabled. I would highly recommend you stop and check out The Pasta House if you are ever in the area. The best dish in the house is truly worth a try.

I enjoyed there soups all winter long. When I was in area to enjoy them. Place always smelled good of home cooked meals around lunch times. An customer service was always at its highest. Look forward to stopping in during summer months this year.

Outstanding hidden gem in Kinde Michigan. I had a Rueben. My wife had the seafood manicotti. Both were delicious. The Italian vegetable soup was great. Very friendly. Fair prices. This place is hidden away in a nowhere tiny town 8 miles from Port Austin but definitely worth the stop. We’ll visit again on our next trip to Port
