Stopped by yesterday for dinner. Big Ed’s Mac and cheese was awesome. Bill invited us out to the taproom , but we had to pass because had our dogs and a two hour drive home.. will we wil be back and check out the tap room

Normally I've had a good time here, but this week was awful. We waited quite a long time for wait staff. Our drinks were empty for extended periods of time. One person was served probably fifteen minuets before the other five. My young niece had to reask for soup and the staff advised she wouldn't like the stuffed pepper unless she liked very spicy food so she accepted a sample of the chicken; she hated it and asked to try the pepper, but at this point she didn't want to eat (she'd tried the steak bites too... I'll get to that) the waitress said might as well order it because we'd been charged full price already. The Steak Bites were inedible - my niece and I each tried one and could not chew the meat. The waitress apologized and stated she'd remove them from the bill, then she brought us new unwanted fresh ones, because she still charged us but didn't say anything about it.
It was just rough from start to finish.

Fried cod and Rueben was excellent! Batter was light on cod...not on onion rings though. Sandwich was huge and moist! and potatoe wedges tasted great too. Even had a nice guy singing that sounded great!

A nice place for our family to gather for a luncheon and celebration of life. The food was delicious and there were lots of excellent choices to choose from. The staff are all friendly and courteous, the location is extremely clean, and the venue is roomy.
