The Italian Sub was 10/10. But I wanna hype the burger - there’s something about simple perfection. A good burger doesn’t need much. This one was proof.

Arrived early to Chippewa airport and decided to have lunch before we boarded the plane. Deli Queen and Grill is very close to the airport so my wife and I decided to grab a quick bite. We were met with a friendly smile followed by terrific food! We both had hot subs that were very good. They are more than a sub shop though, offering burgers, wings, cheese sticks, shakes, Sundays, ice cream cones and much more. I highly recommend you visit the Deli Queen and Grill.

Deli Queen & Grill is within 1/2 mile of the Chippewa Airport (CIU) and has a good sized menu with fair prices. The turkey sub was delicious , I had it heated . The staff is friendly . I highly recommend . I ate half my sandwich and wrapped up the other half for the next 2 flights to get home . So glad I don’t have to take a chance on airport food!

This is a very nice locally owned restaurant with great food. My wife is picky about her French fries and is rarely happy with them when she orders them. She was thrilled with the fries she got here crispy on the outside and left inside! Highly recommend!!

I love this place! Their food has always been amazing since I was a kid in the early 90s! Recently I ordered from here and it's only gotten better.
Walked here from airport and had one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had!
As a bonus the coffee is from a new Italian machine they recently acquired, and the coffee was also excellent and not necessarily expected at a deli.
Other reviews are just as complementary on their burgers but I wanted something that I could take as leftovers on the plane so opted for the large (not family!) Super Sub.
The owner and staff were incredibly friendly which just adds to the strong recommendation.
