Horrible customer service! She made my sub wrong and acted like I was the problem. Do not recommend this place! She then made sure to get my sub back after she made it wrong the first time. Super rude! Will not be going back when she is working.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 2PM. They were out of meatballs,chicken, onions, green peppers and the bread was still in the baking pans. Several people left behind me after noticing the empty containers. The new owners must be morons to schedule one employee to handle this entire situation.

The current manager Mckenzie has made this location so welcoming! She has been so amazing and efficient. Always has a smile and makes everyone feel seen no matter the age.
The store is always clean and the veggies always fresh. Staff has been trained properly and super friendly.

I had stopped going to this location in the past but heard it was under new management. We have decided to give it another chance and all I can saw is the new manager has greatly turned this store around! The service is great, staff is properly trained and friendly, and the store looks so much cleaner. The new manager has done wonders for this store and I am happy to have it as a great option in our community again

The current manager Mckinzie, is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. I’ve personally watched her take extra steps to make sure the building is clean, food is prepped properly and her staff is trained appropriately. I had stopped going to this location until she took over and really turned it around.

Ordered online. Only one person working. Got there to pick up 15 minutes after ready time. Hadn't even started making the sandwiches ordered. No one else was there and only one bag in the pick up window. Two sandwiches were asked to be toasted. Neither were. Veggies were all mixed together. Sandwich with double cheese only got one extra piece. Asked for extra dressing and got less than a normal amount. Every time I order from here it is never on time and the order is incorrect. Only reason for two stars is it is the only easy take out available in the area. Although I could have ordered pizzas and hand them delivered in less time 🤔

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire store. Extremely impressed to see no vegetables were mixed with others, so clean I noticed the young lady, Stephaine, waiting on others, was very quick, and sandwiches looked amazing. When I received mine , the same . I'd return to this Subway again. Great job!!

$26.78 for two six inch subs and a pizza. That’s insane! No wonder there’s no one ever in there. $5 footlong to a $8 six inch ? I will never spend my money here again! They are robbing people for food that’s old, lettuce that’s wilted , and they give you the tomatoes with the green end still on it.

If you want these three stores to run better (Ovid, Haslett and laingsburg) you need to get rid of that lazy manager Shannon! She is worthless and makes others do her job so they are always out of something! There is over 30 folks that agree with me and want her gone as she is not manager material
