if you like unseasoned chili soup and Arnold Palmer that taste like well water, dig in
First off it took like 10 minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted anything. True it was dinner time but there was maybe 6 tables occupied. It was smoky and stinky in there because the fryer grease was old and burnt. I didn’t even let my food hit the plate to be served. When I saw the cook do ten things then pull my food out the freezer with unwashed hands I seriously just got up and left. Twilliger's is a popular spot, especially before events. It offers a super friendly, hometown atmosphere and is a great place for locals to enjoy a good meal. The servers are attentive and nice, although service may sometimes be slower when the restaurant is busy. The cook prepares good-tasting food, with the Burbon burger being an amazing choice. While the fish sandwich is also popular, the bun may not always be fresh. Customers appreciate the fair prices and good portions. Although some updates in interior decor could enhance the experience, Twilliger's remains a great place to eat, even for large groups. Parking is available in the back.
