Everything about this place was small-town coffee shop feel goods, other than the price. Ordered two of the specialties listed on the counter, was surprised that they came out to over $9 each.

Price aside, the coffees were great and sitting out front on a warm day was very relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

I love everything about this place so much. My friend and I moved out to the area recently and have started a routine of coming here every weekend. The whole staff is so friendly and funny, but the last few times we’ve come in Julia and Sara have been especially nice. The coffee and food is amazing and they’ve gotten us to try quite a few new flavors in our lattes and we love it each time. Highly highly highly recommend if you’re visiting or even living in the area!

We arrived during a parade and after camp at Camp Lake Ann, it was really noisy to get staryed but as people filtered out it was nice. Food was good, drinks were the pick-me-up that we needed for the travel back to Kentucky, staff was super friendly and quick. A good experience had by all especially my campers!

Great coffee shop in downtown Almira. It's got cozy seating to lounge around in and read or tables to work and chat with friends. The coffee is delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! They are tasty and you can build your own with a variety of meat and cheese types. They also promote and use local ingredients. Great spot!

Nice coffee establishment with a fun local gift corner to peruse while waiting for your drink. Also a pleasant sitting area inside and outside.

Good lattes (including decaf!), smoothies made with frozen fruit and juice (no packaged powder here). The sandwiches are large. We split one and they kindly plated the halves separately. Nice!
Inside was nicely air-conditioned with seating for small and larger groups. Plenty of street parking. Very nice little gift shop too with locally made art, jewelry, cute up north gifts.

Red Door Spruce House is an absolute treasure. From the moment Gracie (my pup) and I walked in, Jess welcomed us with warmth and kindness that set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and full of heart—like your favorite coffee shop from a dream.

The sandwiches? Incredible. Every bite was bursting with flavor and made with care. The coffee was smooth, rich, and brewed to perfection—exactly what you need to start a slow morning or spark an inspired afternoon.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Red Door Spruce House is a place that wraps you in comfort, feeds your soul, and leaves you planning your next visit before you’ve even left. Thank you, Jess, for creating such a special spot!

Best sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel ever! Their coffee & sweets are amazing too.

Really good food and excellent coffee. But the highlight is the staff. super accommodating and will do to-go orders. Wish they would put the bar seat in front of the window again. That was the best.
