Their food is always good. If you have an issue they'll fix it. For example: I really can't tolerate runny egg whites. When my omelet had them, they didn't just fix the problem, they remade the omelet. Portion sizes are above the norm.Vegetarian options: You can order any of the omelets or meals with or without the meat.Kid-friendliness: The back of the menus have activities for kids & they offer smaller portions for kids.
If you are looking for the best local breakfast around make sure to stop at Ash’s. While I lived in Lake City I ate here many times and never had a bad meal. I highly recommend their breakfast omelettes which they will gladly make any way you can imagine. Everything is always fresh and you could tell there was so much love in the food. The atmosphere is small, quaint and simple but the food is amazing and so is the service. Everything is always clean and all the servers and staff are friendly, talkative and prompt. The portions are always huge so you will definitely get your moneys worth here. Highly recommend and most definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in the area.

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast on Memorial Day. There was not alot open (for good reason). Came across this gem in Lake City. It was a good 'ol down home breakfast. There were plenty of options on the menu and they had specials. Will keep this place in our back pocket for our next trip up north.
