Come just f or quick lunch from a road trip and all you can afford is one pickle on a cheese burger and for the price we pay you need to do betterđ I ordered the two cheese burger meal and so did my dad and we only got one pickle on each burger

This McDonaldâs took them from 9:30 am all the way to 2:30 pm to give us our cheeseburgers The food had mold on it The fries were not salted this is my sonâs reaction

I travel all over the U.S. and Canada for work and have been to more McDonaldâs locations than I can count. I didnât go inside this one, just used the drive-thru, but even from that, I could tell this place runs differently.
It was the peak of the lunch rush. They were slammed. But the line moved fast, the order was right, and everything flowed without a hitch. It honestly felt like this is how McDonaldâs is supposed to work.
I also noticed the employees seemed calm and even happy, which says a lot about how things are run behind the scenes. I believe this might be a family-run location, and if so, McDonaldâs corporate should really take a look at what theyâve built here. It stood out in the best way.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food, almost all the tables were taken up by people who were waiting for their food since before we got there and they were still there when we left. Workers are rude and make snarky comments when people asked why their food was taking 30+ minutes. No napkins or straws either and the floors+tables were disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was clean tho!
We ordered a frappe and a cookie, and they didnât give us our order for over 30 minutes. Awful

Went through the drive through and was told to park in pickup spot 4. 20 min and 15 cars with their orders later had to flag down an employee. Gave him our receipt, another 10 min and comes out to ask us if we ordered 3 happy meals..our order was a Big Mac meal and 2 cheese burger meals. Will NOT be going back.

My order is always wrong. Tonight I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a spicy sandwich. Food is never hot. They constantly forget items or give me the opposite of what I asked for. My receipt always reads correctly, however it seems the cooks canât manage to read the receipt. This place deserves 0 stars.
