Food is good as usual but there is one lady at the drive through in the afternoons who is always rude.. If I have a craving for McDonald's I will probably go to Hastings or Ionia.

Put in a mobile order here and received my order as you would expect. Sat down at work to eat my burger to realize that even though there was a slip attached to the burger box that stated my customizations explicitly line by line, some how extra pickles had turned to mean 2 pickles. No lettuce turned to extra. Add mayonnaise was completely ignored as was the request for extra cheese. I usually try to show some grace when simple mistakes are made but... the slip was RIGHT there and with that many errors ok 1 sandwich... im a little disappointed

Guys please if somebody orders something with no eggs can we not put eggs on it? I ordered a sausage biscuit, which does not come with eggs. I purposely only order things I don’t have to have modified. I can’t have eggs, but when I opened my food there’s chunks of egg all over the wrapper.
