I just want to say that Cody is a great customer service representative. If this guy doesnt brighten your day than I dont know what can. Well done Cody!! And the food is good here as well!

Came in and no one even acknowledged me. Two workers started working on a online order after I walked in. They never looked up to say anything after I said hi. I ended up leaving after waiting over 5 min. No one was ahead of me. I went somewhere else.

Food was delicious and the service top notch....Employee Cody took my order and helped me get the meals (kids stuff) I needed.Right down to extra napkins,extra cut on sandwiches and packets of condiments(just in case).....Well done and you should be proud to have such a caring employee!!

Came from out of town for a wrestling tournament. Odd to see negative reviews on Makayla bc with me she was very polite, patient and my sandwich was on point! I'm a very picky eater, down to the presentation and Makayla was on point!

A Subway with exact change only, out of most breads, and having a dirty counter and floor while 3 makes stand behind counter giggling is not worth stopping at.

Ordered chicken teriyaki sub, was given plain chicken. Called and was told they would replace it, pick up in 20mins. Waited 20 mins, arrived and waited another 20 min, was given plain chicken again with teriyaki sauce dumped on at the end. Been ordering this sandwhich for years, teriyaki sauce automatically comes on the chicken. Its not just plain chicken.

Very rude worker that is very rude to people including myself. Overheard her saying some rude things about the customers, and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth and then she also prepped the sub bad. Her name is Makayla Hicks.

Makayla Hicks, the lead worker at Subway in Johnny's in Lake Odessa is possibly the worst employee one can hire. I confronted her about a sub she made incorrect and she refused to remake it and flipped me off as I went off.

The subway restaurant chains are great as long as you are either a vegetarian or like extremely little meat on your sub. Other wise the whole franchise is garbage.

We got two footlong subs to go and when I ate mine at home I found a long blonde hair in my sandwich. Lost my appetite. No I didn't go back to the store to complain. The lady was wearing a hat ,but I still got a hair in my sandwich.
