I went to pick up my curbside order, which was set for a 10 PM ready time. Despite there being only a few customers, I waited until 10:15 PM without anyone bringing out my food. Upon entering the store to inquire, I found the employees slacking off and playing around. When I asked about my order, it was already on the shelves. They offered no apologies whatsoever. To my disappointment, I discovered the food was cold once I returned to my car. This was very disappointing, as they usually do such a great job.

People are always friendly. Food is usually good. Unfortunately, my coleslaw was horrible. Is was visibly old, wilted, brown, and smelled rotten. Please do not serve your customers old food. I expect better from Culver's.
