I understand that you guys like to use third-party systems to place orders, but I think it would be very helpful. If you had at least one person in your store that knew how to help individuals placing orders, especially since you can’t call in and place in order. One individual on the phone was fairly rude and dismissive.

My daughter and I came here for lunch today and the food was decent and the service was great. However, the entire restaurant was pretty dirty. The floors were gross and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, none of the tables had been wiped down and the women's restroom wasn't very clean either.

Clean. Nice workers. Nice fireplace. No issues.
Had the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken and the broccoli cheddar. Still good.
Cellphone signal is good too.

We were asked by Nicole who was working if we needed anything to let her know when we were ordering at the tablet, in which we asked if she reccomended the frozen hot chocolate, in which she said she did and explained how good it was and talked me into purchasing it. It was indeed very good and she was such a sweet heart! While me and my family were enjoying our food and drinks, Nicole even brought us out a bag of cookies for free! She is such a nice lady, her people skills were impeccable (I felt this way even before the free cookies LOL). Give her a raise, Panera! We need more people like her in the food industry :)

The wait here was very long today and it’s was filthy inside. The tables were dirty, bread crumbs and napkins on the floor in the dining area. The bathrooms were dirty. At least the food was decent, but I will not be returning due to the uncleanliness.

The bathroom in this place is awful. Toilets were cloudy and dirty . Floors sticking and not clean . This is not sanitary in anyway. Someone came in and walked out because the other bathroom was filthy
Very disappointed! Italian steak had very little meat on it, lots of greens and a weird taste. Threw most of it out. Tables and tray area was dirty. Chip were ok 😆

The staff was very friendly, efficient and my sons loved the food! The sitting area was a mess. I could see under the dish return wasn’t cleaned in a long while with food a dust. Most of the tables were dirty and unkept. It made me wish I sat outside or took it to go.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. I walked in and immediately felt like I'd entered a walk-in freezer—the AC was cranked way too high. I ordered what I thought was a safe bet, but the food was bland and clearly not fresh. To top it all off, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed completely disinterested in being there. Save your money and go somewhere else.
