The bathroom in this place is awful. Toilets were cloudy and dirty . Floors sticking and not clean . This is not sanitary in anyway. Someone came in and walked out because the other bathroom was filthy

The staff was very friendly, efficient and my sons loved the food! The sitting area was a mess. I could see under the dish return wasn’t cleaned in a long while with food a dust. Most of the tables were dirty and unkept. It made me wish I sat outside or took it to go.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. I walked in and immediately felt like I'd entered a walk-in freezer—the AC was cranked way too high. I ordered what I thought was a safe bet, but the food was bland and clearly not fresh. To top it all off, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed completely disinterested in being there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was ok, ice machine was yet again on the fritz, which others have complained about for months. The entire dinning area was filthy. Not a single clean table, and only one table occupied. I had to ask for a rag to clean the table and was instead offered napkins. Someone finally came out and lazily wiped down a table, leaving crumbs behind. Makes it hard to want to eat here when it’s so dirty.

They are very friendly and accommodating as I used their facility for power outlet and bathroom. Made a purchase simply from gratitude and it was very good!!!
Every time in the recent past, about a month, that I have been to this location there have been issues with the ice machine. This is very frustrating when temperatures have been in the 80’s and 90’s outside. In addition, the customer drink station is usually a mess and the atmosphere with respect to cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired. On the bright side I’ve never encountered an issue with employees who have waited on me; they always seem friendly and respectful.

This panera was so dirty. It kinda made me not want to eat there again. There were plenty of staff. It was 3:30pm and there were very few people there but it took a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge me and the self serve kiosk wasn't working. I'd rather go to the one in Rochester, it's definitely better maintained. I would reconsider going there the next time you're around. The tables were all dirty and there were dishes piled up.
