Their app wasn't working, they wouldn't let me order over the phone. Since I didn't want to go in and wait for my order I couldn't order. It probably would have tasted horrible anyway.

Terrible service and employee kept going back to cash register and checking people out with gloves on to prepare food. And then back to the food. So nasty and rude.

Stop selling "crispy chicken for your salads. It is more crispy then chicken, hard as a rock and inedible.

I really like pitaways food but the biggest thing that upsets me is there inconsistency with their protein servings. It's always a gamble if you get an appropriate amount. They use a measuring cup but always take one piece of chicken out and cut it up and throw it in the measuring cup. Some days it fills up all the way and other days it only fills up 3/4 of the way. So essentally you just gotta hope they take out a bigger piece of chicken otherwise you're getting less chicken then you'd get even at Chipotle. For a bowl that they charge almost $16 now you'd think they'd make sure to be more consistent and always give the appropriate amount of meat. Hopefully the manager/owner sees this and makes a change otherwise I'm done coming here 2-3 days a week.

Best service ever!! Kevin and Max are amazing people and I genuinely look forward to seeing them!!!! Always clean, quick, and delicious! If you are deciding where to go right now this is a sign telling you to hit pita way Lake Orion!

I have established a successful 2nd trip to pita way and needed to share my piece. I value the food and the customer service in high regard. To whomever own this establishment let it be known that Kevin creates one of the most harmonious environments to work in! It showed in the way his two co-workers spoke with guest. A Smiley Natalie and a Charismatic Max (if your name is Matt, brother you have my word I'll delete this review and remake it when I see you on my 3rd visit) were patient and considerate of me being new. Walked me through options and offered me samples. Please let it be lesson you should always try something new; You never know who you could meet or what good you could eat! Just know my 3rd visit will come quicker than my last!
