Authentic Korean food. Greatly enjoyed it. Would definitely come again for more!

The owners were welcoming, and apologetic for the minor delay in completing my order, still great service!

First time here, ordered the 4. As good as it was, it was SPICY! I wish there were more options to chose from but I’ll definitely be back.

4 adult food order came up but the 2 kids waited 15 minutes to find their meat patties were burned on the outside and raw on the inside! Server didn’t seem to care whatsoever! Seems disorganized! Front house isn’t communicating and vice versa!

I've visited here several times both sitting down with friends and ordering as takeout for myself. The food is consistently excellent and fresh. I usually order the spicy pork bulgogi lettuce wrap, which comes with generous side dishes that often change according to what is prepared that day (which adds nice variety). The staff is kind and the service is excellent.

(As a side note, you may find some negative reviews that are actually meant for the restaurant that was here previously, which I believe the new restaurant bought the name of. This current restaurant does NOT serve sushi, and does NOT deserve those negative reviews)

The American people, as a collective, have all banded together and decided that we believe the next trendy culinary experience will be Korean. The Korean fried chicken market has exploded, KPot is dipping its toes into new markets, and small little places like this can competitively stay afloat. How? By offering food that doesn't feel Americanized.

I got the Chili Shrimp for myself and Soy Sauce Bulgogi for my uncultured child. This shrimp meal is actively compelling me to leave this five-star review. It's top notch. I would include a picture of the food but unfortunately after one taste I finished it. I don't actually know where it went. I have no working memory of scarfing it all down but here I sit with an empty take-away container and a deep longing. Staring at this empty box I feel similar to how I felt when my dog died; I'm incredibly forlorn and I miss the times I had. I asked my son how the Bulgogi was and he just made a string of guttural noises so the jury is out on that front.

When I walked in and saw a teenager wearing pajama pants and doing math I knew I was in for a treat..

Even with my high expectations, they exceeded them.. the soup was tasty and delicious.. every bite only improved the dish.. the sides were fresh, the rice was well done..

Fantastic little gem hidden away..

One of my coworkers brought me here for lunch on a Friday, around 1:30 pm to avoid the lunch rush. It was tasty and the service was friendly. The food was fresh and made to order, so expect to wait a bit.Inside you'll first notice the neon accent lighting for the sign and display of Jinya ramen. It's a small and cute restaurant with soft jazzy music that is playing in their speakers and it is very much the perfect way to enjoy lunch whilst conversing about non-work life. The main entrée that I ordered was the Chef special (I think the first one), soondabu combo. I think because it was made fresh (and close to their closing time), the stew didn't quite have the time to thicken up, it was quite liquidy. I would say that it also didn't have as much tofu as other places make it, like Korea Palace, Chung Ki Wa, Daebak, or Soora. The combo tray came with a side of marinated pork and the usual von chon (sides) that you'd get at a Korean restaurant, such as kimchi and bean sprouts.I think next time I'll try the bibimbap, my other go to comfort food. They offered us a nice pot of jasmine tea with the meal, although cold water was also an option.I also ordered a vegetable gimbap (Korean version of sushi) to go and it was still moist and delicious hours later. I forgot to take a picture, but they used purple rice to make it as well. They were also very accommodating and wanted to let me know that they had egg in it, so it wasn't vegetarian. All good with my wife. Compared to H-Mart and Tiger Market, the rolls here appeared to be slightly bigger and the rice was softer. It does cost a bit more though. What I like most about this location is the proximity — no longer do us locals have to travel 25+ minutes for sit-down Korean food. At the same time, Kim's Bap is on the smaller end, so you wouldn't bring your whole family here. It's also on the higher price of what's offered as I'm not sure if any sides would come with the non-chef special entrées. Altogether, my lunch was $30 before tip. This location used to be a sushi joint that had jazzy live music on the weekends, but which closed during the quarantine. You may see that the large store sign outside at the top still references sushi. Hopefully this spot will be able to last too.
