Placed a mobile order to pick up inside, and I had timed it so that I could quickly run in and grab it. Turns out the inside is locked, and had to wait about 17 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through. Food was already cold at that point and taco shells were soggy..... Why would the app let me order it to pick up inside if it's not open??

Order online, but then you still have to wait in the drive thru line because the inside isn’t open. Taco Bell always comes up with new ways to be the slowest fast food option.

This taco bell is the most unprofessional I've ever been too. Yesterday 12/1/24 i came here for my son whoms autistic and this is his fav place to eat. So i ordered specifically 3dorito tacos regular(my exact words) not supreme. I said it very clear and slow. So I did not think I had to check the bag. I don't live over here. I live 30 minutes away from this location. But we were in this area when I ordered so when we got home. Theataco's were made supreme. Now my child with special needs goes into a horrible meltdown because he's hungry and his food was made wrong and now he wont eat it. So I immediately call up to the Taco Bell spoke with a manager. The manager said to come back tomorrow, which is a long drive and though replace my order. So I'm here the next day. They turned their phones off so nobody could call them because they are so busy. And the line is d*** near out to the main road. So I pull up to get out and knock on the door their door is locked and says drive through only. However, there is an employee sitting right at the window. So I tapped and he looked at me, I said I need to speak with a manager. he then does a circle motion with his finger. As in go in the drive through. So now I'm supposed to be dealing with this situation through the drive through which is going to hold up the whole line, because I have to explain what happened through a speaker instead of professionally speaking with someone. I do not. Recommend coming to this taco bell

Every time we go, the dining room is closed. We just got lucky (so we thought) and the door was finally open for us to walk in and....nope! "Sorry we're closed, you all gotta go. The drive through is open." Not going back. It's a drive through ONLY restaurant.

Every Friday and Saturday night the cook and cashier always make sure our experience is over the top. From the short waits to place order and even quicker delivery of food that always exceeds our standards. These dude kill it and deserve the recognition!
This location can’t seem to get anything right when it comes to orders, online or in person. Says this location closes at 2am. They close at 9pm at best without signage. I wouldn’t waste your time or money coming here
