Came to pickup a doordash order....how can the lobby be closed at 2pm in the afternoon???? You're literally expecting me to wait in the drive thru line for a purchased and made order for 40 minutes among people who have yet to pay and order....the store and district manager should be fired for asinine policies and abysmal customer service

Shame this is the closest Taco Bell. They never get an order correct. You MUST check your entire order AT the window because it WILL be wrong. I was told this is a training location but I feel that placing all of the items on a list into a bag after having the ingredients and assembly of each item spelled out— not a tough skill, really shouldn’t be so difficult. Especially for MULTIPLE adults. I will say most employees are clearly hi^^ or just don’t care, seems management should address it? I get it’s Taco Bell but some standards are appreciated with as expensive as the food is getting. I have worked fast food myself in past so I do understand getting busy, making a mistake now and then, but this is EVERY ORDER even when it’s dead slow.

Food is good and the human service is great, but the business is trying way too hard to put ai into everything so always ask for a team member especially when going through drive through.
Got my usual order from my usual tacobell, got a steak grilled cheese burrito and a bean burrito extra red sauce extra onion through the drive through right before close. O swear that grilled burrito was sent straight from the heavens, the best food I've eaten at tacobell, hands down. Hot, steaming. Perfectly cooked cheese and boiling contents with the freshest, crisp onions in my bean burrito. Ten. Out of ten.

Food is usually good. I have had cold fries at night. The problem is the service is so inconsistent. It's not funny. At night you could be waiting awhile for a small amount of cars. At night if there is any line, I learned not to stop. They have taken 2 cars then stopped taking orders until the second car leaves.
