Came to pickup a doordash order....how can the lobby be closed at 2pm in the afternoon???? You're literally expecting me to wait in the drive thru line for a purchased and made order for 40 minutes among people who have yet to pay and order....the store and district manager should be fired for asinine policies and abysmal customer service

Shame this is the closest Taco Bell. They never get an order correct. You MUST check your entire order AT the window because it WILL be wrong. I was told this is a training location but I feel that placing all of the items on a list into a bag after having the ingredients and assembly of each item spelled out— not a tough skill, really shouldn’t be so difficult. Especially for MULTIPLE adults. I will say most employees are clearly hi^^ or just don’t care, seems management should address it? I get it’s Taco Bell but some standards are appreciated with as expensive as the food is getting. I have worked fast food myself in past so I do understand getting busy, making a mistake now and then, but this is EVERY ORDER even when it’s dead slow.
All you guys have to do is put sauce in a bag and cash out orders. Whoever’s working window today sucks. It’s not that hard to remember to put sauce in a bag. If everyone on the planet was pregnant and wanted sauce with their food you guys would be screwed.
