Will have to say this Stanton bc pizza normally a very good place tho for there buffet .But today was not the day to go 1135 door was still locked when they open for buffet at 11 waited till 12 to get any pizza out an only had two pizza an garlic bread was messed up to the point it was not really that good .. so it maybe I while before going back which is sad cause normally we try to go every chance we can ..

We ordered a Pizza at 5:48 tonight and it's now 8 pm and no Pizza , we called to see what the hold up was and they are closed and no one is answering the phone. Worst place ever, they will never get my business again.

The pizza you made for me on Saturday, Nov. 13 had something wrong with it as it caused me have food poisoning. Don't know if ingredients were expired, if someone didn't wash their hands or someone coughing all over the place but now I am having body aches, fever, and extreme diarrhea. Your food is the only food I has on that day. Very displeased with your store. I would rather be going hungry than eat your food again.

The past 3 orders have been "credit" because they literally mess up every single pizza. This originally was supposed to replace a Taco pizza and now every replacement pizza we get they mess up somehow. And to makes things worse, the last two times when we tried to redeem the pizza they "can't find it." Bad customer service. How are you gonna credit someone but it's missing when they go to use it? They didn't add a note to my account so now I just look d**** Currently waiting for a call from the store manager Kenny to confirm with the employee (which it was a month ago. I doubt he will remember.) I understand they are probably busy but when you mess up a pizza it should be replaced. And the customer shouldn't have to find "evidence" that you messed up the pizza. And the note should be in the account.I'll update my review if things go how they should.Update: Manager called me back and they are crediting my account. The employee didn't remember but as you can see by my picture it was messed up so they decided to give me the credit. Apologies were made and I upped my review as the manager did handle it and the issue was resolved. I'm always down for second chances so I'm hoping things will improve.

People are friendly, but the grinders we had were horrible. They were cold, even though I had to wait for it to come out of the oven. The meat was not tasty and the vegetables were not cooked. Red onion is far too strong on this sandwich and everything tasted fake. I will not be returning.

I ordered a thin crust pizza it was as hard as a rock. I called to complain and was informed "a thin crust pizza is supposed to be thin and crunchy'' this pizza was beyond crunchy. I even knocked it on the table when speaking to them so they could hear how hard it was. Told them I would never order from there again was told to have a good night.

Just moved here.. I have tried BC Pizza 2x the last week or so. The food was far from good. Nachos are supposed to have cheese on them and not look like taco salad. Very badMeatball sub. Apparently they don't put the meatballs in the sauce, nor do they again not use much cheese.As I was taking a bite the meatballs fell out.The pizza was the only reason I gave a 2 star. You really can't screw up a pizza.

BC Pizza Lakeview is fantastic. Always friendly and courteous. We have gotten everything from several take and bake pizzas for a party to just one pizza for supper and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

If I could give this place a 0 I would i ordered two personal size pizza's an bread sticks. was told 25mins to a hr. Ok cool. Then a 1.5hrs pass. No call no show. So I call to cancel an they where rude. An hung up on my. This is no place we will be ordering again.
Ordered several items and my son picked them up. Got home and we were missing two items. I drove there to pick them up. I was told I would be charged for those items and would have to wait for the orders in front of me. When I protested that I shouldn't pay for items I had never received, the manager said, "Are you calling me a liar?" Very beligerent, he said he saw my son place those items in the bag. My son insisted that he didn't receive them. The manager then said he would look at the camera and review what happened to my items and call me. He never called, but I called him. He then stated that the items were never given to the boys! After being so rude, wanting me to pay for the replacement items, and they were wrong all along. He did state that I would be given a voucher, but it was horrible, confrontational customer service that could have been avoided. Food that was received was fine.Additional reviews: When called a second time to get my voucher, the manager had a second bout of amnesia, and forgot that he promised me my keto bowl replacements and a $20 credit. Now he is saying he is only giving me the $20 credit, not the original promise of replaced keto bowls and the $20 credit. If I had only been promised the $20 to begin with, I would not be upset, but this is the second time (and last time we will go there) that they were rude and had horrific customer service. The boy answering the phone was kind, the manager, however has no business being employed and being so rude and confrontational with customers, especially since they were the ones that made the original mistake. I hope people think twice about giving them future business, and I hope that the owner of this BC Pizza understands that his employee has offensive and horrific behavior towards potential customers.
