Our dinner was very good. We both had Ribeye which was highly recommended, it was a good choice. Everything was very good, the Texas beans could have been warmer.

First time here, I cannot give an opinion on the food as I wait for approaching over an hour for a #1 breakfast combo (1 egg, toast, bacon, hashbrowns)
The comment from staff to the surrounding tables waiting longer than my group - “the grill is only so big” is hilarious when customers come to eat. Either put capacity restrictions or get a bigger grill. The businesses failure to plan should not become customers issue. There are several open tables, I could not imagine this issue when it is actually busy.
Won’t be back and I suggest you stay away if you are in any sort of time crunch because their grill is only so big.
UPDATE: Left without getting food. Wasted over an hour of time. Other table nearby was discussing how long their wait was as well. No warning to new tables sitting down. 0/10 for this place.

Friendly and quick service. They have IPA on tap. The ribeye was great.
Wife's Birthday and she remembered the good food at Chapz Roadhouse. We were not disappointed in the service and especially the food served hot and delicious.
Kid-friendliness: They went out of the way to get us all we ordered an in less than 15 minutes we had our meal.

We had a nice meal and our server was very pleasant. They were very busy but the server did her best an was always cheerful. Portions were large and the food was good. Both my wife and I took leftovers home. Always a good experience and would recommend.

Horrible experience. We typically went here often as it is close to home and the food is not terrible. We've been coming here for years without a issue...that was until today. A bigger women who has served us hundreds of times before and never ID us...(granted I'm 36 and my husband is 35, so we can definitely pass for over 21), ID us for our drinks. I thought this was weird because she has served us for YEARS and NEVER asked before...but I pushed this off because I figured maybe her boss was nearby and she wanted to act like she actually followed the rules. Anyway, my husband just got an enhanced license, so, "VOID" was on his license. She said she could not accept that, as she tossed the license back at him. I mentioned that we've been coming here for years and she has served us hundreds of times, knowing well that we are old enough...but on this night she acted like we were strangers and she hadn't served us before...this was annoying to me...who is she trying to fool? Being that we went primarily to have a drink and catch up with a friend, I stated that we were leaving to go somewhere we could have a drink. At this point I was going to let it go and move on with my day, but as we got up to leave, she walked towards me as I was leaving and loudly stated, "I'm sorry my job is important to me." HA! Is that why you finally asked for our IDs after years of serving us...good one. Anyway, it was extremely humiliating as she made a scene as we were leaving. It was very uncalled for and very unprofessional! We will not be going back and I will spread this experience to as many people as possible, in hopes to save them from humiliation. I hope the owner invests in some customer service seminars for this woman...
