Rude Managers, terrible staff and horribly ran place. I bowled in leauge here and dealt with a ton of terrible staff interactions as well as a TERRIBLE and RUDE manager! She should be fire!

The place is short staffed, shoes are falling apart, staff was nice but hard to find. I felt like I was constantly looking for someone ask for napkins , condiments or help because our alley wasn't working right. I feel like 18 percent tip was too much for the service received.

The place was very clean. They were very busy, so at first took a minute for a waitress to come. When she did come, she was attentive, friendly and courteous! The restroom was very clean. Everyone has fun singing and laughing!Kid-friendliness: The karaoke was fun for the whole family. The kids had a blast trying to do their favorites.

The staff was great, excellent service. As far as upkeep goes it’s obvious the owner doesn’t care too much, sat for 20 mins with a broken lane and so did most of the people around us. It’s a shame, good location good service but terrible
I brought my family here a few weeks ago and the service was awful,I had to clean the table off,bring dirty glasses up to counter and throw all the trash in the garage myself and when I ordered 4 small sodas for the 4kids it came to $ 17 Dollars and some change!! With no refills!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I go there and I will let all my family and friends know what a RIP OFF that place is!?
