Okay let’s start out, place is clean food is good certain staff are amazing and super kind, then we get to the bad, hearing story’s from other workers management isn’t good super super super rude workers their I don’t feel welcome when i went in their a handful of times, but that’s okay, I’d never go back again and never will

We had two orders, 1 was through the subway app 1 was through door dash. The order through the app was done, and waiting for pick up when we arrived, the lady explained that the doordash order had to be made once we arrived as they don't get many dash orders. The lady making the food was more than polite, she was exactly what customer service is supposed to be, excellent!!!!!! Kudos to you guys for not only having great customer service, but also a clean restaurant an the food was good as well.. Thank you 😊

Three workers and 4 people stood in line and was told they were running behind on online orders so we'd have to wait 10 minutes later we walked out because we didn't want to wait any longer.

the young lady that served my grandson and I this fine early evening was very friendly. So very personable; and made our requested items very much the way we wanted them to include the extra onions and dressing that I like with my protein bowl
she deserves some sort of recognition for making it such a pleasant atmosphere

Not the first time having a horrible experience at this location. Bread is never made- if any kind besides flatbread. Employees are rude and condescending. Couldn’t pay me to interact with these people again.

Customer service was great! Very polite and freindly. Clean enviromeant with a good atmosphear to the building. The food was all fresh and covered correctly. Easy accesss from 91 to the Subway, with a large parking lot. It was quite busy which lead to a 15 minute wait, but employees worked diligently and cheerfully to keep the line moving along.

This has absolutely been the worst experience I have ever had at any food place. Ever. The cookies are only halfway cooked. The pretzel was freezing cold by the time I was handed my food. Didn’t have all the meat or veggie options because they “didn’t have time to prepare it”. Drink machine is low in syrup and my drink was disgusting. I had to ask for my sub to be toasted three times. Then it sat on the counter for TEN MINUTES before topping were put on. Also must mention the total 45 minute wait & HORRIBLE customer service….. I will never be eating here again and will be recommending my family and friends to steer away as well…

Food is good but 35 minutes is a little crazy. Little to no effort to get people in and out. Everytime we stop its a long long wait. Im writtong this review waitimg in line. 3 people ahead and its been 17 min.
