I so rarely post a review like this, but I’ve had it. This is a habitually slow restaurant but tonight’s experience was THE WORST. I made an online order for a 6:40pm pick up. I get to the parking lot at 6:37. The line for the pick up window wasn’t very long, only 4 cars in front of me. But I had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get to the speaker. I get my food and it tastes it was made half an hour before I picked it up. Best advice, choose another restaurant. These guys are just way too slow. I wasted $13

I sat in the parking lot for 10 mins on a phone call before pulling up to order.. In that time no one came to the drive thru. I placed my order . ..and waited and waited and waited Mind you no one was in the restaurant or drive thru. I don't mind waiting! It usually means hot food!! The fries were OLD OLD and potato cakes were under cooked only one was hot. I brought the food back and the manager treated me like it was my fault I got bad food at no time did she apologize for giving me old food...in fact she said it was impossible that everything was fresh out of the fryer yet I stood before her with old cold food. Unacceptable

I don’t know if this is silly, but I was going through the drive through and I ordered something off of the kids menu and the lady taking my order said, “is this for a kid?” and when I answered no, she told me I couldn’t get it? Idk any time I’ve ordered off of the kids menu at McDonald’s or Wendy’s, I’ve never gotten asked that, so I was a bit thrown off. Food is usually pretty consistent, though!
Sooooo let me get this straight... 15 minute wait in the drive thru when there was only 2 cars in front of me and both already ordered, only 8 instead of 9 nuggets, and everything is cold?

Good food, decently fast. Saw some girl working at tropical next door fill up a smoothies cup with blue Powerade without paying.
Loooooove their mint shakes when they're out for the season. Makes me so happy

Ordered online and stopped in the store to pick up my order. It took about 10 minutes for someone to walk to the front counter to help me. My order was sitting there for the entire 10 minutes. Employees were actively ignoring people in the lobby and only focusing on the drive thru. If I do go back I will go through the drive through given they ignore customers in the lobby.Food was actually good, no problems there.
