Ordered online and stopped in the store to pick up my order. It took about 10 minutes for someone to walk to the front counter to help me. My order was sitting there for the entire 10 minutes. Employees were actively ignoring people in the lobby and only focusing on the drive thru. If I do go back I will go through the drive through given they ignore customers in the lobby.Food was actually good, no problems there.

Very slow here. By the time I got home the food was cold. Ordered a french dip and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Arby's is usually a treat because it isn't cheap. What good is it if you can't eat it?

food tastes as if it's been under the warmer all day , per usual terrible ribl customer service.
The service was great. HOWEVER they were having electrical issues in the building. But when we got home our roast beef sandwiches did NOT have cheese on them. We will not be going back to this location.
