Just want management know your Saturday morning 11/9 staff were great. I ordered food for a sick family member to be delivered. There was a mix up and soup was not delivered. I called and they were so nice and helped me fix problem. Professional and caring. Don't have names.

I would rather drive to toledo than here. OMG those girls have some nerve, "Will be right with you" and then another customer walks in "may I help you!" like hello we were first. Not sure why we were treated like that but wont come back. If they did to us, Im sure it happen to you. Bagel was not even toast properly & cream cheese was enough to put on 3 bagels.

Welcomed by a broken door, has been there for monthd6with no remedy...floor is dirty and disheleved.....if the front of the house reflects negatively...what about the back...

Ordered online. Since when does a pastrami come COLD? Also when did Dijon with horseradish change to creamy horseradish? I used to love Barry Bagels, but this is ridiculous. Pickle was NOT wrapped and one side of sandwich was completely soggy. Whomever did this order needs to be RE-TRAINED. 17 bucks plus tip in the garbage, THANK YOU!! ?

It's so dirty in this store. Everything is dirty! From the ceiling to the floor. Can't imagen what it looks like in back.

The Matzo Ball Soup was inedible. It was water with flavorless Matzo.

Funny location. Did not have much of a selection of bagels at the time of my visit. Restaurant was kind of dirty and the bathroom was a little bit trashed girl working behind the counter was doing a very good job and working hard.

Bagels are always delicious.I no longer buy eggels on a bagel. I hate how they heat up eggs and cheese in plastic containers in the microwave. I can only imagine how many micro plastics I am ingesting from that. Prices can be high for just a bagel and cream cheese but they are the best bagels I have found in the Toledo area.
