A different location gave me a beef whopper instead of an impossible whopper even after 3 attempts of trying to fix it. I came to this location after the hassle not being resolved. The man and woman in the drive through were very professional and kind to hear my story out, and I ended up successfully getting an impossible whopper. Thank you so much!!

October 19th. 9 pm or so. The person had glasses, loop or round earings, was short. A little on the medium side. Was in sight of the drive thru window holding the onion rings container, proceeded to hold it while touching scratching her face and mouth, even touching her hair, and then continued to touch the container and onion rings... no gloves at all.
Asked for NO KETCHUP. I bite into my sandwich full of KETCHUP.
Food was cold, and not good. Always have problems. And never had fresh food. Never have anything right.
I hadn't been in the building in years but took my 2 grandkids in to have ice cream. Then they wanted chicken nuggets and a burger. The supervisor was so kid and smiled the whole time. It was such a pleasure going in. The next customer they knew by name and he knew all the employees working. Very clean. Food was good. Will go back in in the future. Thank you!
