Ordered cheeseburger & double cheeseburger amongst other items. Waited a long long time in the drive thru. Thought it would be worth it, but nope. They gave me PLAIN cheeseburgers - no pickle, mustard, ketchup. I did NOT say plain cheeseburgers. Disappointed. I am gonna guess people called off that day??? 🧐

I had all but given up on going to burger king, their food has been sloppy and bad for the better part of a decade, but this franchise has me rethinking my position. The food was well put together and tasted freshly made. The staff were friendly, fast and accurate. The facility is clean and well maintained.

For $10 you get half old and half new onion rings and passively rude employees, regardless of my manners. I could have went anywhere in this small area, Wendy's, Arby's, McDonald's. Kinda wish I had.

Every table was dirty!!! The manager sent home a crew member did not even look at his dining room 🤔🫣 going back to Monroe near Dave White. Always CLEAN, VERY NICE.

A different location gave me a beef whopper instead of an impossible whopper even after 3 attempts of trying to fix it. I came to this location after the hassle not being resolved. The man and woman in the drive through were very professional and kind to hear my story out, and I ended up successfully getting an impossible whopper. Thank you so much!!
