Love the Whopper Junior duo along with fries and onion rings.
I ordered 2 Whopper juniors with JUST meat and cheese and they put everything on the Whooper juniors. They didn't have Spicy chicken fries, Spicy chicken nuggets, or Chicken fries in general. We also had to wait at least 15 minutes for our order. They had such a nice place and facilities but they couldn't follow the orders given to them. Not happy.

Lately drive through never gets orders correct. Dining area dirty.. Slow service 3 times in two weeks order was incorrect. 14 min delay two cars in drive through..been terrible for months Last week Whopper lettuce was old brown response to owner answer...A well managed establishment would address matters of service failures with broad based training and employee development programs throughout the team.. Certainly this response it not addressing the issue ..If no action is taken till a complaint through the BK portal then certainly the review that the owner has read did not impact the point at issue

I could've kissed the person working tonight when they told me the shake machine is on until close. Add that to the food that was so fresh, we had to let it cool and the friendly staff - possibly the best fast food in lambertville.
