Order from here all the time, today I ordered and then sat in parking lot to wait for my order. Ugh, Im not sure why I expected sanitary conditions but you know basic don't touch your face or wash your hands...not here. Guy constantly touching beard and hair before/during prepping food and girl eating pizza in the kitchen area. I understand theres a text to order which is probably what the guy was checking but between the hair and touching the phone constantly between toppings š¤¢ neither one of them washed their hands before starting. Picked it up for someone else and let them know (probably should of asked for a refund but im not confrontational) but I for sure won't be ordering anymore

Only get pizza every 6 months or so, and was looking forward to something different for dinner. Pizza was delivered quickly but was luke warm at best and the mozzarella was like rubber. The cheesy bread was just OK and also not hot. When I saw all the grease saturation on the boxes, I should have known better. Maybe will order from a different pizza place in a year or so, but am definitely going to think about it first.

We had a date night ! I did a text order paid ahead and received my confirmation and pickup time. I arrived 5 minutes past and was told twice to wait for my order (so my order was never made and was made on sight or it was made wrong ionā¦). The first time I went in I was told 3 minutes I waited 10 went back in and locked eyes with all the employees and NO ONE said or asked anything i stood there with at least 5 employees on the floor for 5 more minutes so I screamed āHERROOOā cuz I felt like I was invisible! The wait didnāt bother me it was the poor communication lack of understanding(cuz ppl got places to be) poor atmosphere. The food is great! Iād say call em and confirm your order , but if they engage with their customers it can change the atmosphere drastically

Jets pizza: always amazing, my favorite deep dish pizza!! Best ranch ever
Bad quality controlābut best pizza in town when they make it right! Remember to check your pizza before leaving. Multiple times they have forgotten to put BBQ sauce on top their Aloha BBQ pizzaāpretty easy to see itās wrong, but I keep forgetting to check. I wish they did!
The inconsistency between getting the best pizza ever one week and being disappointed the next is making me rethink our preferred pizza place for Lambertville. Disappointment tastes terrible š¢
Since moving from NY struggling to find good pizza this place knocked it out with the best around. A+ not quite NY style but damn close to it nice job

Was told 20 mins. Drove from toledo. I arrived in 23 minutes. When I arrived and paid I was told my order just went into the oven. I worked 12 hours today and wanted something quick to pick up on my way home. That was not the case. Now I sit here for 15 to 20 more minutes. Very disappointed
