The past 2 months the service has drastically went down. To be honest from the reviews it doesn't seem like anyone in management or ownership looks at these reviews. I dont know why im wasting my time typing this. YALL NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. A few of the workers that are there are fantastic but who's training. I wanna say no one because why should anyone need help ringing an order into the computer?? They wouldn't if they were trained. And also I ordered a cheese pizza and got a pepperoni. Some people dont eat meat. Yall are wrong for that.

One pizza was under cooked the other burnt one not cut into slice puffs with becan and cheese could smell the cheese was over cooked. Take more pride in your work a freezer burnt frozen pizza would have been better. Never eating here again!!

Been coming here for over a year, never once seen a single hot and ready actually be ready. They’re either constantly slammed through the roof with orders or they’re super understaffed (you can clearly see they’re not) but in general it’s obvious they’re terribly managed. Order a pizza tonight through the app it said it’ll be ready by 5:20-5:25 I arrived at 5:32 and was told it’d be another 10-20 mins until my order is ready. Do better

Rudest service in town! Nasty employees who don't pick up the phone and turn off online ordering an hour before close so they can sit and listen to rap music and chug drinks out of the cooler.

Dear goodness, how does this place stay in business. Twice we’ve gone in the noon hour for a hot and ready pizza and they didn’t have any. Why advertise this if they can never follow through? Will not by stopping by ever again. Taking our business to other pizza establishments.

I placed an order at the Lambertville Michigan location and received the wrong order again! Of course their phone rings but no one answers! I paid extra for custom pizzas and didn't even receive one! They put a cheap peperoni pizza in place of my custom pizzas! I am tired of getting the wrong orders from them and I want reimbursed for my pizza. Do not waste your time ordering from here if you expect your food to be ready when they say it will. Don't expect your order to be accurate either.

This was absolutely disgusting. Crust not cooked yet toppings, even cheese seemed like it had been sitting forever. So, so, so gross. I will NEVER go back to this location
I ordered a thin crust two topping large pizza that was super burnt! Drove it back up to the restaurant, nicely and calmly showed the workers. They were nice and apologetic and said they would make me another one. I came back to pick it up to realize that it was the same pizza with the burnt pieces cut off! Same box, same sticker etc? Same pizza!

The last five times we’ve gotten pizza from this location, they haven’t done all that we asked. We ask for light sauce, not done. We asked for well done, still soft. We ask for seasoning on it and they completely ignore that. Do not eat at this location, unless you want a basic hot and ready.

Round pizzas were normal could be cut better but if they are busy I understand the rush and why the pizza isn’t cut all the way. Don’t recommend ordering a deep dish from this specific location because apparently the photo attached is a deep dish in their eyes! They tried telling me it was a deep dish that the dough is completely different for a deep dish than a regular round pizza which I know that’s why I ordered a deep dish but this looks like a round pizza dough put into a deep dish pan and cooked… so don’t get the deep dish unless you want the GM to argue with you.

Pizza is complete trash ordered deep dish, way undercooked even when I told them I wanted it well done breadsticks barely had any Parmesan on them. I threw this pizza straight in the garbage can and went and got some real food.
