Why does this Marco's NEVER have the promo items seen on the main Marco's websites, ads, and commercials? How do you get away with that? You just lost a 50 dollar sale tonight because you don't have the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza or the new pizza pocket things. Half the purpose of having new items is to attract people who otherwise may have not purchased your products. And then, when they buy the new items to try, they tend to purchase food for the rest of thier family. Hence the $50 in sales you just lost. I wonder if Marco's requires thier franchisees to have all the new menu items? Either way, it's clear the owner of this Marco's chooses not to do that. Must have high enough sales to not care. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Guess a lot of people were in the mood for carryout pizza on New Year's Day. I called in my order at 4pm and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I wasn't in any hurry, so that was fine. By the time I arrived, the small pizza place was crowded with people waiting for pizza. Not sure if there were any tables inside because there were so many people standing around and for the same reason can't speak to ambience. Seemed like a basic carryout pizza place. I overheard one of the staff members tell a customer on the phone that they wouldn't be able to accept any more orders for approximately two hours. My pizza was ready on time, i had ordered a large mushroom pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, mushrooms and onions. They definitely got the extra cheese right but not extra sauce. No issues with onions and mushrooms. Overall it was a tasty pizza and decent value at $15-ish plus tip. Those staff members earned a tip for sure! I recommend but order early.

If I could give this place half a star then I would be generous. The service sucked and the pizza wasn't very good and it was cold because it sat on the shelf while I waited for some service for 25 minutes inside the store. You'll see me in this store ever again.

I see there are only a couple of reviews on here. Now, admittedly, I don't go here often because I live far away. But I have family in the area. Every time I've ordered from this location it has been fantastic! Sometimes a little slow, may be a mistake or two in the past few years. But the pizza has always been delicious, and the staff friendly. I only wish I had a Marco's where I live.

Order accuracy seems to be an issue with this store, which is unfortunate. Received flyer with one of their new items, and dutifully ordered one up. Got it home and realized it was not the pizza pictured in their ad, or thought I might have gotten someone else's. Phone answered with "We're not accepting orders!" Apparently there systems were more melted down than their cheese... Tried to explain the issue, told there was nothing anyone could do to address my issue. Asked if I could contact their corporate office - and was hung up on. FYI - trying to lodge a concern about a Marcos is impossible. If you try to access the feedback feature on the Marcos site - you're directed to their ordering page. Pretty sad customer service, in my opinion. Guess if you're not putting the effort into getting it right, you probably don't want to hear about it when things go wrong.
