Arianna is the worst manager on earth. Employees smoking at the door around my 4 kids. Then returning to work without washing hands. Corporate and health department and I are currently in talks.

The night crew has a hard time getting things right. 3 times in a month I've ordered from them a family dinner, but they seem to leave out the same sandwich each time. Either it's a house favorite and somebody wants to eat them or it has to be made fresh and is the one thing they do not have prepackaged. Recommend against.
Soooo. I'm pretty sure the ice cream machine has been down for 2 years. Also, I pulled up to it and sat there for about 4 minutes, said hello, and then just drove away. Lol.

Little colored girl ignored us at window, then mumbled something we couldn’t hear, when asked to repeat herself, she screamed “I SAID PULL FORWARD” with insane amount of attitude, then wouldn’t even make eye contact and ignored request for a receipt

Food was fine for once dining at this location, however when the lady brought our food, she was extremely rude and told me they don’t know the table numbers (mobile order) and I was supposed to take a physical table number to place on my table.
Now if she was polite and friendly and just made me aware of their obscure policy, I would have just said “cool no problem”… but she decided to double down on her rudeness and tried to make me feel like I did anything but what the app had instructed me to do.
Here’s an EASY way to fix the problem:
Learn the table numbers because they aren’t changing, or just cover them up somehow so you don’t have to be rude to customers who are just following the instructions posted in the app that you allow orders to come through.
Or just find better help with the proper customer service attitude, that will fix more problems than you could EVER imagine.
Would NOT recommend this location, 9/10 times the food is cold, and the 1 time it’s not, the people working just hate their jobs and make sure you know it too!

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE!!! I think they must have forgotten that they have curbside pick up, my boyfriend and I ordered food at 10:12 AM and I’ve been waiting until 11 AM to get our food. My boyfriend went inside to ask about our order and the worker said it would be out right away, which was clearly a lie.
