I ordered online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later. They were very busy and I waited 10 minutes but didn't get my order. I left and went back in 10 minutes later to get my order. I waited another 10 minutes to ask them if my order was available. They said they didn't see my order and went back to work. I paid for everything and got it. I left and they cooked it for me.

Placed a pickup order through the app. When we got there a respectable 20 minutes later because we had ordered for all our friends they refused to give us our food and was rude. Stating because we were 5 minutes after the pick up time (which we were in the drive through line for) they would not remake it and they MIGHT give us a refund. The lady argued with us and turned away our $70 order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Why is night crew so slow ?? I ordered a Big Mac and have been sitting here at the window 15 mins nobody in front of me and every time I come the girl says the shake machines being cleaned ????

I was in line yesterday for 40 minutes, finally the car behind me pulled out and I was able to leave. I was the 14th car to pull out!! Service is terrible!

The food is McDonald's, if nothing else, consistent. The best thing is the Coke machine.
Ordered a 4 piece McNugget for my 4 year old and received a box full of ketchup. Unreal. This is my first google review ever btw.

There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service. I thank her for her kindness . People like this should be cherish and shown appreciation in the company.

Arianna is the worst manager on earth. Employees smoking at the door around my 4 kids. Then returning to work without washing hands. Corporate and health department and I are currently in talks.
